Alice is the master mind of this operation in Tappahannock VA, and what a mast mind she is! The customer service we’ve received since the beginning has been outstanding! We refuse to go anywhere else but this location specifically because these folks (Especially Alice) know how to treat their clients. Thank you for being such a God send on deals Aaron’s !

Our situation was rectified. I'm satisfied with their response. Customer service has been poor since day 1. My daughter ordered bedroom furniture over a week ago. The furniture arrived at their store and she was told delivery was guaranteed on Monday, September 23 between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.. She called them 4 times, the last time being 6:51 p.m. and was told that the delivery people were putting together a bedroom set in town (Tappahannock) then they would be on their way to her. We advised them that was fine, that we were waiting. We waited until 11 p.m., no delivery. Store was closed so no way to notify them. She missed an entire day from work for nothing. I assumed since they did not hold up their end of the delivery they would arrive today. I called the store at opening at 10 a.m. and was told no, they would have to reschedule. They also said they attempted to call us multiple times which did not occur, we have no missed calls and 0 voicemails. She then said the delivery driver said we were not home, again, not true, there were 6 of us at home with the front door wide open and we are the only house with a long driveway that no one can come in and out of without our knowledge. I asked for the manager and was told she was out until Thursday. I filed a complaint with their corporate office and was told they would send it immediate but it it still may take up to 3 days unless I use the email they sent to push it through. I called the store again and was told she spoke to her manager and it will be have to be rescheduled. I do not understand why we need to reschedule for an issue that was clearly their fault. The right thing to do for customer service would have been to deliver it the next day if you couldn't hold up your guarantee. Her heart was set on this particular set and we have gotten nothing but the run around for two days. I still have received the email or a call from anyone that can rectify the situation. So we wait, at our expense.

Not the biggest selection of laptops, but the prices looked good and the service was great! The staff (Kelly?) immediately greeted me, asked my name, showed me my options, made suggestions based on what I was looking for, and offered me a bottle of water. She also said she would follow up with me in the next couple days. I felt valued as a potential customer!
