I ordered my phone through BJ's AT&T representatives. They were knowledgeable of my situation. I received my phone Wednesday, my sons helped me get things in order on Thursday. They carried my trade in phone to UPS today, 10-21-2022. I went to AT&T Store looking for a cover to protect it from accidents. However, I didn't have enough funds with me nor did I have the discount information. Mrs. Alley told me as soon as I get the discount information, she will be there to assist me. I have the best AT&T store ever. Mel & Dana we're both outstanding in the service they provided. I've been in healthcare for years and spend very little time trying to figure out the IT stuff and I can always count on them to help me. Where do I start. Obviously this place is poorly managed and trained. Friday evening they had 1 person there who had to keep calling “Dana” with questions. I waited about 20 minutes for her to help the people before me - she seemed very attentive to their needs, and they were singing great praise as they left. I was there to upgrade wifey’s phone. As she was backing up the old phone, she said “I am putting protection on this phone, you need it” and then casually told me it’s 17 dollars a month and said “you can call and cancel it if you don’t want it”. Seriously? Then she told me I wasn’t eligible for the $350 dollar credit because of some error on the website - couldn’t find the right iPhone 7 - in which I told her it was an iPhone 8. Then she called Dana (again) for help, said iPhone 7 a couple more times while I am telling her “It’s an 8 plus”. Finally she figured it out on her own, and I got the credit. Then I asked about Apple watches and she looked lost when I asked if they sold the gps only version and called Dana…again. Was told they only sell cellular versions and I’d have to activate another line. Pass. After that, she went to go help the other customer with her billing issue while I was waiting for my new phone to sync up. I overheard Dana speaking to her on speaker phone arguing with the customer about the bill and the poor customer was respectfully asking why she was being told her bill increased exponentially and why she was being charged for more expensive insurance. I ended up leaving, asking Andrea if I was good, didn’t get a good bye or thank you, she just went back to do what she was doing. I get she was set up by being the only one there while obviously not properly trained, but have some customer service skills at least. Don’t go to this location, and if you do, make sure you do your own research first and bring a book.

Go to this location! Ask for Andrea! She was/is an amazing human being! I came in looking for a screen protector for my daughters new phone that several other stores did not have. I called her location she said she had it I told her I was on my way to purchase it even though it was close to closing time. She said it was no problem and it looking to my new account apparently it was not set up the way it was supposed to be! She went over everything with me step-by-step so I could receive all of the discounts I was promised a couple of days ago but was not entered into the system. I could go on and on about Andrea but long story longer she was very patient went over all for my 4 lines with me to make sure I received all my discounts, explained everything to me step-by-step and she was just AWESOME!!!!!!! Andrea fixed my account and all is well now because of her! AT&T is lucky to have such a kind, patient, well educated employee like Andrea! I will be doing all of my AT&T business from now on at this location with Andrea!!!!

I had a positive experience with Andrea today. I’m an emt and she set me up with FirstNet. I wanted to get out of the high prices with Verizon and I had a lot of difficulties with the process but she was extremely kind and patient with me. I didn’t feel rushed and she did so great working with me. She deserves to be recognized and should know her work and positive attitude is greatly appreciated. I’m glad to start pairing my phone with FirstNet and Andrea made the experience 10x better. I hope to have her as my customer service representative every time I come in! She’s so resourceful and doesn’t hesitate to ask questions if she needs help. Thank you Andrea!

Experience was great! Steve at this location helped me transfer info from old to new phones, upgrade, get accessories we needed. Helped me reduce my bill with discounts (AARP! Which I had no idea I could get at my age). I had zero wait and got great service even with Steve having to answer calls and talk to a few other people. Highly recommend this location if you need assistance.
