Came here on 8/8 with my boyfriend and his sister to pick up some gatorades and a few other items and also ended up picking up some beach towels that were on sale which is great because we needed some more towels. The store is very neat and organized. The cashier was very nice and helpful. I would definitely come back here again.

Shout out to mimi the pharmacist she’s one who knows her stuff and she’s always available to help you when you need it, she was very helpful explaining the pay n go option as far as getting the notification and paying through your phone, & picking it up! Mimi you’re the best and thank you for being so helpful!!!!!

In my spare time I was door dashing… Four or five dollar order I had to wait over 30 minutes but that’s not the worst they hollered the customer name out in front of three other customers and then started discussing his meds… And then she leans over the counter exposing her credit card number to Happenednd and had no other options in life… Alicia should not be working with customers I waited 30 minutes for her to gossip to a woman about wedding that happened 10 years ago as she needed to side of wine with her meds… 30 minutes with two other people in line… While they had two of the workers sitting behind her going oh girl let me tell you about my day… So I was having to hear two conversations to gossip when all I wanted to do was get in and out express to them very calmly respectfully this is only a five dollar order you’re taking up 30 minutes of my day can we please hurry no nope they cannot and they won’t give you a corporate number… But they are violating HIPAA laws

Employees in the store are more concerned with patrolling the parking lot for cars to tow than tending to registers so that customers can check out in decent time. Not my favorite Rite Aid, that’s for sure.

I don't know if it just us but it has always been a disaster trying to get scripts filled here. Either it is out of stock or the pharmist is at lunch and unavailable. I don't recommend and vow never to come back even though its within walking distance. Unhelpful pharmacy tech and employees smoking outside the front door.

Clean location, free parking, friendly staff and large selection of goods. They also have a $1 item area for snacks and other goods which is huge when in town for traveling! They also sell beer and wine! Win win!

I frequented this store 15 - 20 years ago when I lived on 19th and Med. The bike rack I used to tie my dog up to is still there. So is long time associate Alice. Keep your eyes open if walking to/from there at night. In season AND off.

The pharmacy is serviced incredibly poorly. They never call to tell you when a prescription is ready or if there is a problem with your prescription. I can't tell you how many times I've shown up there prepared to get my prescription and been told that there was an issue (usually insurance BS) and it wasn't filled and no one called to tell me prior so I could handle it and get my medication. Terrible service I'm happy to travel further for service and convenience of a drive up!

This is an old world kind of pharmacy ~ with a smart, informed pharmacist, Tamir, who knows his stuff and is always available to speak with you in person or on the phone. Both Larry and Tamir are attentive, intelligent, articulate, empathetic,generous and charming! They hunt down exactly the brand you are seeking if they don't carry it, always give you the heads up on possible reactions . A very different experience from the chain stores of Rite-Aid,CVS... Just try them once and you won't ever step into another pharmacy!

I asked to use my available plenti points and cashier didn't let me. I also wanted to use some Rite Aid coupons and she said I couldn't because the products I was buying were not going to expire soon. Definitely not coming back to this store! Such a bad experience!
