Came into the store to get cologne for a friend and wasn’t sure what was a popular choice, two employees were able to offer me samples and I walked out with two different ones!!!

This store used to be my favorite store! It was my happy place. But now I’m kind of afraid to go because every time I go to get new make up The employee Janet is always so rude! I completely understand the new guidelines due to COVID but every time I go into the store she always comes rushing and asks me if I know the guidelines and I always answer yes I know I’m not supposed to touch anything unless I’m going to buy it, but her ignoring the fact that I already told her I know the guidelines she continues to repeat them to me on a very offensive way. So by the time she’s done telling me the guidelines for the 50th hundred time I don’t even want to buy anything anymore because she’s constantly behind watching every movement I’m doing, not even offering help just making me uncomfortable. Definitely she needs to work on her tone and on treating costumers better!

Today was the first time I’ve ever had great customer service from Sephora. I’ve never liked purchasing from Sephora, and I would always just go to Ulta. I went in today just to purchase Fenty. I didn’t know that Fenty was a only in Matte. I had a sweet young lady by the name of Rachel assist me. She was so seeet! I have dry skin. She asked me...”would you be interested in trying something new?” Me-sure! Rachel suggested- It Cosmetics Let me say... this concealer & foundation is EVERYTHING!! (I mean this in the most dramatic voice ever) Rachel-thank you SO MUCH!

First off, the lady in line in front of me was attempting a return from another Sephora and the employee Janet had a tone with her and told her they couldn't accept it, which is understandable, but she acted frustrated and not courteous toward the customer at all. It was then my turn and I was polite and asked a question about an online price difference, but she had the same tone toward me. I then tried to pay for my items and one rang up more than the label at the product showed. I showed the employee where the product came from. It was clearly sitting where it should've been, with a test sample of it in front of it, and all the items around it with visible prices. This price tag clearly matched this product, yet the employee said "no this is wrong, people move our items around" despite it being clearly in the correct location. They then asked if I wanted to purchase the item and I said only if I could purchase it at the price they had advertised, and the employee said they could not do that because their supervisor was not there today and they would get into trouble if they did. Well when you make the clear mistake of pricing your item wrong, I'm sorry that you would lose out but that is false advertisement to your customers and I could have easily bought it without noticing the price difference until later. Plenty of stores would have offered it to me at the slightly lower price, but not here. Also, I'm sure there was a supervisor somewhere in the store. I did not appreciate the tone of the employees as I felt as though they were rude to most of the customers today and employees need to be courteous, polite, and respectful to all customers unless the situation calls for things to be dealt with more sternly, but today was not one of those cases. This was the first time I had actually bought items from this store and I will not be going back.

Wife and I went in and waited half hour to be helped. They were busy and only 2 were there. Not upset about the wait. When it was our turn my wife asked about eye liner and mascara. The young lady kind of pointed and said they're here they're ok and then walked off. We ended up sitting on the chairs outside JCPenny so my wife could look up the information on the website. Worst service ever.
