This vet is willing to take requests that others won’t. He is minimalist in his intervention, but if you need him to order a particular product or you insist on a certain procedure, he will honor your request as long as he sees the medical benefit to the cat. In my case, I was looking for a vet near my residence to use SANOS dental sealant. He was willing to order and use this product for her dental cleaning. Boarding is also offered! Not that it’s anything special like the fancy cat resorts around here, just cages.

The people here are amazing. That’s just a fact. Dr. Nettie is so friendly and clear! Dr. Craig is so determined to help and treat your cat even when it’s getting really hard! The assistants are kind and professional at all times whether checking you in or weighing your kitty, etc. My family has gone to the Cat Doctor for years and I’ve always been really happy with the service and felt all confidence in their evaluations of kitty’s health. It’s wonderful to have a place you can trust! They are absolutely worth it. When our family’s cat of many many years passed away the whole office was extremely thoughtful and sensitive. They sent us a card with kind hand-written notes from the whole staff on it. I just cannot talk this place up enough. I moved too far away to continue seeing them but otherwise I couldn’t imagine taking my cat elsewhere. Thank you Cat Doctor staff for your care ❤️❤️

I only put a 4 because just my opinion if you have the highest stars I feel there is no room to learn or for improvement no where is perfect however some places are pretty close!! We are new to the Cat Dr as in the last year. So far we love them and they have taken our fur family on as if they have known all of us for years! The Cat doctor is very busy, and it can be hard to get in because they are so wonderful. With that being said, one of our fur toddlers needs monthly care and I can't do it on my own. They went out of there way to make sure she is seen monthly and we couldn't appreciate that more!! They are very educated and take what they do serious and understand they are dealing with the entire family human and fur and sometimes that can be hard. I know when we take our fur tots in, I can turn my back and trust that all their needs will be taken care of!

Both of my kittens our patients here and they joined during covid regulations. I've never had the pleasure of working with such great veterinarians .They take the time to explain everything and really make sure that you understand your pets needs and make sure that all your questions are answered. Even though I was not allowed in with either of my kittens I know that they were very well careful the staff there is very friendly and outgoing.

I had an amazing experience here. My kitten was very sick. Dr. Craig made him 100% better. He knew exactly what to do. He covered all the bases, and I'm extremely impressed and satisfied with my visit. Would highly recommend.

My kitty, Chi, has been seen by Dr. Netti several times since we moved from AZ in 2016. The last time was because of some GI issue. As she said "It'd be best to have some stool sample" and gave me a little container, Chi just went there on the floor. I was so embarrassed while choking for air and didn't know what to say other than profuse apologies but Dr. Netti just quickly scooped up his thing and put it in the container and said "Thank you. That saved the time!" I felt "saved" really. Her professional opinions are always on point, and a cherry on top, Chi is in love with her and her vet techs which makes the visit stress free. Highly recommended.
