Great group of peeps here and they really know their stuff. Other than their prices sometimes, I've never beem disappointed. I'm constantly being pointed here by nearby Auto Zone because they don't seem to know anything there anymore so now I just begin here! Highly recommended!

Some of the employees are rude. The website is offering 10% off but the store will opt honor that unless purchased through website. When I asked if just ordered the part would they be able to get it for me. The young kids (I didn’t catch his name but he had long hair) response was if I have time or you don’t have to get the part form here. I would not have him as an employee at my business. However, Kevin became free shortly after and helped me right away. Kevin has great customer service.

Really helpful and diverse staff, with all types of different experiences when it comes to the Automotive industry. If your looking for something very specific for a 1-off car or any other vehicle then I definitely recommend them.

As always the only place I'll do business. Staff are very helpful, great prices for excellent product and tools. The store is a perfect layout for people like me sometimes who don't like asking for help to find something, I would always highly recommend this business to anyone who works on their own vehicles..

Picked up my truck from a shop near this location today, debit card maxed out from paying for it and it hadn't been fixed right so it broke down on me. The guys at this location helped me knowing I couldn't buy anything and were great. It was a nice change in what was a pretty bad situation for me, I just thought they deserved a little recognition. I live on the other side of town but from now on I'm making the trip up to buy my auto parts and anything else I need here, they're good, knowledgeable and honest people here and that is a rare and valuable thing today. Thanks again guys, your act of kindness was much needed and you'll be seeing me again often. Thank you.

If you want a professional type auto supply house, then this is it. These folks know parts. Not like the other businesses in town that have employees that, for lack of a better explanation (should be working at Mcdonalds). I don't like having to explain and educate staff at the other auto parts stores, here they know what you are asking for and a lot of times have suggestions to help you with your project. Great store!

Wow, 1 star reviews... These guys need some help. I would have given five stars, but couldn't bring myself to do it. I have been going to Napa for years, but haven't been there in a while due to multiple auto parts locations popping up near my house.They always find those few parts that the other guys can't find, or don't know how to find. The best way to put this store is organized chaos. I walk in a week or so ago and automatically don't recognize anyone that I use to deal with. I finally recognized a guy that I have dealt with in the past. I'm not sure if this is a supervisor, or manager, but I can tell you that almost every employee interrupted him while helping me. He did seem to have the answers pretty quick and continued to help me. All in all I got what I needed and prices were reasonable. I would have put his name on here but when was carrying my parts up to me his name tag fell sideways and I saw was a D. Thanks for your help and see you soon.
