Charles tested my battery because I thought that’s what was wrong and he said it was something else that was too expensive and that I should YouTube or google it….that’s how he helped me. Go somewhere else or don’t deal with Charles because he is so beyond rude and arrogant if you’re a lady with a car problem.

My A/C was running out, talked to 2 employees and they talked me into using one of the products they sell. It was the most expensive one. The gauge didn't work and it way overfilled even though it said I was in the "green." My AC was blowing warm so the next day I took it into Brakes Plus and they told me the PSI was well over 100 which was almost triple what the gauge on the AC recharge I bought. I tried to return it and the woman working there was just rude and wouldn't let me return an obviously faulty product. I will never shop there again and I will recommend to everyone I know not to as well. Plenty of other auto shops in the area and this one got my last dollar!

This store sells me a carquest oil filter with no box. i go to return the oil filter with no box old white guy Keith Kevin whatever doesnt let me return it gives me a hard time looks at the filter 3x. Why descriminating against me? Tells me he doesnt know where it came from. ive only seen carquest at advanced auto but hey thanks for being a jackass!

Had to leave stuff on check out counter and walk out because no one was there to ring me out. There was a female employee by the door, and she made eye contact with us twice, but instead continued to talk/flirt with a guy on a tiny motorcycle in the parking lot. I'm too busy for that nonsense, and went to the competition.

I went to get an oil filter and accidentally locked my keys in the car. Dave and I believe his name was Josh were super nice are tried to help me get them out of my car! It was kinda cold outside so Dave let me wait inside for my uncle to bring me the extra key! The staff there that night were just the nicest! I would definitely suggest this place

I got a low-oil warning on my car, but couldn't bring it in until next week for service, so ran in to AAP to get one quart. Derek was super helpful in getting me the right oil, and went above and beyond by offering to add it for me. My husband is deployed, so I was extra grateful for his kindness. (Bonus that he offered a military discount on top of his stellar service!) Thanks, Derek and the AAP team!

I was there last week. I asked for help to pick out windshield wiper blades. I was lucky to get assistance from Cody. Cody showed me their wide assortment of blades; so many to choose from that I felt overwhelmed. Cody asked me some questions to help me narrow down which blades would be best for me and the trip to Washington state that I was going on. But the BEST part of having Cody help me was when he went out of his way to help me understand what was going on with my tires. I had asked him for his opinion about the amount of tread left on my tires. He examined each one. He pointed out significant wear on one tire and even gave me two probable causes. Cody's extensive understanding of cars helped me when my favorite tire store guy just said I needed an alignment. Cody is professional, friendly, and gave me outstanding customer service. Thank you Cody.
