Edited - gave them another chance and was pleased. Our pizza actually looked like a Supreme should, instead of looking more like a cheese pizza. Pizza tasted great, but the toppings were limited

I ordered a pizza box pizza and I found a cockroach inside my box I’m still so disgusted what’s worse was we already ate some and my pizza was almost 40 bucks. They gave me some credit but I really am so grossed out I don’t want to go back

Quality of Food: 10/10 Food was hot, fresh and tasty,and had very respectable presentation and was accurate in description and items present. Quality of Staff: 2/10 Staff was nice enough, but it took twenty five minutes to get my order and there wasn't but maybe one other order in that 25 minutes. I tipped the guy who I thought was preparing my order really well and then he went off shift before my order was finished, and it was just kind of disappointing. I felt like they didn't value the customers and no one was even that friendly. When I first got there I thought that I had maybe sent my order to the wrong store and after he couldn't find my order in the computer and I mentioned that I was not from the area and had no idea where any other stores were in the area he didn't offer to call any others or help me in any way figure out where my order was and it turned out it was something I could easily fix and I figured it out but he could have put in some effort into SOMETHING to help me. Def not gonna be my go-to Pizza Hut in that area. I appreciate even the tiniest effort at acknowledging that I have a pulse and am a human among humans, a skill that I think should be required of people working in customer service. If you don't like working with people, don't. You aren't the only one that is miserable about it. Ease of monetary Transaction: 2/10 Tried to pay cash but there was no till so could only do a card transaction which was fine but like what food service place doesn't have a till up front? Overall: 5/10 at best. Also I don't believe they were wearing uniforms, at least two out of the four weren't. So, meh. Bittersweet at best. Love their menu and food, but enough is enough. 6

Wow, what happened to your pan pizzas? Got home only to discover the Med pan I ordered looks alot smaller, where did the rest of it go? 21 dollars omg Sorry Pizza Hut but you lost my business.

You guys running outta toppings? Cause my pizza had like zero. Even ordering double of one ingredient. Holy jeez no wonder I haven't ordered from here in years. Meat lovers my bootyhole! Here's 2 slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of sausage. Double pineapple? I have 3 slices with 3 peices of pineapple.

Thinnest pizza I've ever had the displeasure of purchasinig. A sprinkle of cheese and meat on a see through crust. Cheese sticks were burnt. There are too many other good pizza places around to spend your money here. I spent over $40 for food that wasn't worth $5 in my opinion.

Pizza Hut is our go to pizza place. They have always baked the best pies. The people are always friendly and eager to please. The building is small but always very clean.

I'm giving 2 stars because the customer service was really bad but my fiancé loves the food. I walked in and there was a kid standing in line. When he saw me, he backed up and let me go. I thought he had already been helped because their was a guy on the other side of the counter. When I got up there the guy by the cash register looked like he was taking selfies and didn't even acknowledge me. After he was done, he just walked away without saying anything. A few seconds later he passes by me again and still acted like I wasn't even there. He went and got a drink and then walked off. Another guy walked passed not saying anything. Finally the poor guy cooking and cutting the pizza came over and helped the kid and me.

Made an order and forgot to add my apartment letter with the number. My fault. But I left my phone number on the order for notifications and instead of contacting me I was just forgotten and I had to contact them after 40 mins and now another 30 minutes later my food comes and the mozzarella sticks were soggy and the wings slightly warm.
