3 stars might be pushing it more due to the help, or the lack of it and associated knowledge. The first person, not helpful, mentioned Cody, so I sought Cody out. Love the wood stove selection. Luckily Cody is an employee who knows his stuff and is very helpful taking his time to explain and give advice. I'm buying my stove here because of Cody. Looking around I like the displays and product lines like Kohler bathroom sinks. I'm sure getting good help is difficult.

Thurman Supply is the first choice in quality remodeling materials for the home. Port Angeles has a lot of upper end vacation homes that are deserving of top class remodels and so naturally a fine establishment has developed to capitalize on Port Angeles need for true quality refurbishments. Thurman's specializes in excellent countertops and cabinetry for the kitchen. Quality fireplaces and wood stoves to warm the family room. There are shower, bathtub and toilet units for the bathroom and top quality lighting for every room in the house. The place is literally stuffed with excellent refurbishments for every room in the house. Best of all customer service is top notch!

Has good prices and outstanding service, with some staff members who are very knowledgeable about the product I was interested in. I got some great prices here on risers for my septic system, especially when they have a sale. My septic inspector advised me to put in a riser instead of digging up the D box every time it needed it. Why the last home owner didn't have one is a mystery, but it sure saved time and money when we needed to get to it after that.

I am relying on Thurman Supply more as they have a extensive selection of plumbing and general hardware sold inn in bulk form. It is possible to buy one of almost anything they sell. They have a good selection of plumbing ,heating,bath and fasteners.

I prefer to shop local. Thurman's doesn't have the selection of a home depot, but they're a whole lot closer, and the customer service is on a personal level, unlike the local home Depot. I will give Thurman's all the business I personally can! The best hometown customer service, and pretty good prices too! And they have always been willing to go out of their way and help me out. If they don't have what you want, they will tell you who does locally! My first stop for electrical, plumbing, and Industrial supplies...
