Packages get delivered on time about 65-75% of the time however when they aren't on time and you need to reach out to this location (port angeles, wa) it is 100% impossible to do so. There is no phone number to call to speak to someone at the location and when you do call the number listed for the you get an out of country call center who are completely un helpful. We have an entire crew of people here depending on a Packages mahatma they can't find

The only place in Clallam County to do an Amazon QR code return. Friendly people. You park in front and go through a single person door. It’s a little intimidating because the truck garage doors are there also, but once you go inside it’s fine.

I honestly cannot say I have ever been in a business where all the employees were pleasant and happy to help me get two packages returned to Amazon. Amazon Prme did nothing to help me get the packages returned for a refund. But, when I arrived at the Port Angeles, Washington parking garage for UPS, one driver gave me advice and said to go inside and the employees would help me. I thank God for his help and sending me to UPS Port Angeles, Wa. And lastly, I owe thanks to my wife of 62+ years of happiness, I had also asked her for help. So, end of a very happy adventure. Never get your package to you they always lose them or steal them I think they're stealing them actually and they're in port Angeles Washington and they are always running late and shutting down and you can't get anybody on the phone UPS is the worst the worst service around.

The rest stop are the greatest Thing throughout CA. I can get drinks, walk my pets. Take a brake from long stretch of driving.

This particular UPS location leaves a lot to be desired. Packages that arrive to this location from elsewhere appear to take 2-5 business days to sort/go out for delivery, regardless of the weather. To make matters worse, every day they will send out new delivery times (that they miss). My package requires a signature. It is not OK to string me along like this and waste my time. If UPS is understaffed, then they just need to come clean and send out a date and time when they are actually able to deliver something!

Upping my stars because despite the whole mess, my packages arrived today after my alert said they would. Honestly wasn't expecting them for a bit as I know they're going to be behind. Glad people are feeling better and things are running again.

Theft issue at local office. $1k Package stolen from their office early December. Proof multiple times management lied, verified by corporate. When informed police report was being filed, "Logan" laughed and hung up. By end of December, nobody had talked to personnel who scanned package, or given explanation of multiple false stories provided by local staff. Package never scanned out of building. Corporate issuing refund.

My delivery driver is the best! He delivers out here to la Push and is very courteous and careful with our packages. Today I had a delivery to my address and it was misplaced, he stopped and knocked on my door to let me know what happened and if it was OK if he delivered tomorrow. He didn't have to tell me personally, but he did. Most delays happen and you don't ever hear a word on why or anything. He went above and beyond. We've had to leave town last week and we caught him the day before we left, as he was delivering to us again, we asked if he could place our next day's package in our car port and he did! He even placed something heavy on it so it didn't get blown away. I wish all drivers were like him. Thanks UPS for hiring a great guy :)

Love getting a notice saying final delivery for a package with literally no information of how to get my package which shouldn't have needed a signature. Customer service is a joke. Won't let me talk to anyone. No info of where to pick it up. I work for a living!!!! I'm not here at my apartment all the time and have it written on my customer account to leave all packages at the door. USELESS company.
