What wonderful service from Brandon !! I went in to buy a headlight for my EOS VW. He had a hard time getting the bulb out, VW ya know aren't easy to work on. He never gave up , always smiling and determined . It was totally a joy to meet a young man with work ethics.

I broke my driver side taillight recently. I was very pleased with the customer service at O' Reillys . I ordered the new taillight with ease. The taillight came in within a few days. I asked if someone could install the new taillight for me and that was completed quickly and efficiently.

I like these guys and girls. They usually know what you need if you have a problem. They work with you as much as they can, which is great for a retail store. Very accommodating towards backyard mechanics, and happily offer advice if asked. They seem to be more relaxed than the NAPA out here, which to me means they'll actually listen to what you're saying. Give em a shot.
