I rarely do reviews but I’m doing this one to warn people not to go here. First of all, store was empty and my boyfriend and I walk in and no one greets us so we literally have to ask for help. The one manager seemed to know what he was doing at least when he was helping my boyfriend but the other guy Jose was absolutely useless. I could’ve learned more on the job in 20 minutes than he knew. He was very rude and did not inform me about any details regarding the new phone I wanted to upgrade to or information about the plan rates. Every time I asked him a question he would just ignore me and proceed to talk with one of the other workers there. What was more suspicious however is that both this guy Jose and the manager said that to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone would take 2-3 hours. Anyone who has ever switched phones and transferred their data knows that it only takes 15-20 minutes max. Luckily my boyfriend is tech savvy and offered to do it. Watch out with these people because they just want to steal your information. You’re giving them your password to your phone and your Apple ID, what’s to stop them from accessing your photos and other accounts. Very disappointed with my experience and also concerned with how sketchy this place is. Be careful! never leave your phone with these people they’ll just steal your information!!

Bunch of liars! I was far from the store. Called them asking for an iPhone 12 256gb. They me that they had it. Drove 25 minutes just so they tell me they don’t have it. Only the pro and pro max, just so they can make more money. I don’t have a problem with T-mobile, but this store should be closed.

I recently visit the TMobile store at jersey gardens and I met the manager, Mr Jeff ospina, who provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to resolve my issue and is definitely a great asset to the TMobile corporation.

I have been a customer for more than 15 years of sprint, and in this store and had my worst experience, they could not help me change my phone, if you are in charge of sprint I recommend changing work staff. Geovany Castro Joyce Sanchez I switched to Verizon with 4 lines that I had with sprint

I came in early around 9 am. The young lady that helped me was very nice, patient, and friendly with me. Very knowledgeable about the phone I purchased and very helpful to set it up for me. Really appreciated her friendliness when we get so little of it in this world today especially during the shopping experience. Thanks again I'm just so sorry I forgot her name.

Worst customer service ever!! This people are fools, my husband went in to cancel a line and they said yes. Now he finds out that he's being charge that line he had canceled in store with this stupid people. And customer service on the phone is not helpful.they told him the stores aren't allowed to cancel lines.BIG LIES! and now he still has an issue to solve with customer service lady who tried to have him pay for a mistake he didn't do at all. Worst line company.
