Was in town visiting family over Labor Day when my truck blew a coolant hose. Had it towed to Ray’s, Pat called me Tuesday morning and reviewed the repair plan. A few hours later the job was done and I was able to pick up my truck. Great communication, fair pricing, and a shop I wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thanks guys!!!

TRUSTWORTHY!!! YES YOU CAN TRUST this shop to do excellent work on your vehicle wich is very rare these days it seems. Ray and Pat do very good work and I'd recommend my mom or grandma to go there. Very fair on shop rates also and it's incredibly hard to run a shop these days especially in Thurston County so give them a call.

Great shop and great experience. Broke down on I-5 next to Great Wolf Lodge at 2:00am and slept in the rig until his shop opened. Managed to limp 5 miles to the shop and explained our situation and he got us in right away. Very reasonable on price and did great work. If I lived in the area I would take my vehicle there to get serviced. Hands down one of the best shops I've dealt with and would highly recommend.

My husband's van broke down a few miles away from Rochester. He stayed with the van all night and limped into Ray's in the morning. They had him in and out quickly and on his way home. If we ever need a mechanic again, it will be at Ray's Automotive Repair.
