Waste of time and money. Food was burned, employee at drive through window was very rude! We will never order pizza hut again!

Brittany the Manager her attitude is terrible and very unexpectable!!!!! All I asked for was a receipt and was giving an attitude that wasn’t on the menu. Next time I order I’d like my food minus the attitude that I didn’t order!!! Probably can’t out pizza the hut but I can find an attitude better than Brittany’s!!!

Do not order from this place. Pick up if you do so they can fix it right away. The pizza was completely raw, the dough could be seen. The cheese was old and crusty 🤢 I also paid for extra cheese which as you can see I didn’t receive but looks like I received EXTRA pizza sauce for some reason. Get dominos instead. Yikes.

If I could put 0 Stars I definitely would! I ordered from this location TWICE. First, I ordered The Big dinner box. Suppose to have a supreme pizza and pepperoni neither was right. Breadsticks were hard and old! My chicken Alfredo looked like it had been sitting since morning time!!! My second order I ordered a The Brownie and as i’m eating a piece of it….. THERE IS A HAIR NOT JUST ONE THOUGH…. on top of that it was NOT even done!!! when I spoke to the Manger -An Older Guy very Rough looking!!!!- He stated “ I can give you another brownie but i can not give you a refund” HE SAID THAT IS WHAT HIS GENERAL MANGER SAID. SO AFTER MAKING ME GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO MY HOUSE TO GET THE BROWNIE OUT OF THE TRASH. still no refund on top that. WHAT ABOUT MY DINNER BOX? I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!!! Customer Service Number Is NOT WORKING. This place just needs a entire new management team! so disappointed!!!!

Wasn't cooked. Dry crust cheese was cooked very raw. Even meat was falling off the top because the cheese was raw Not even warm

We ordered online off the app. Got the wrong amount of wings in the wrong flavor. Did know till we brought it all the way back home. Wouldn't be to big of a deal if we haven't specifically asked them to make sue it was right. Also, by wrong amount, we paid for 24. Got 16...

Me & my family order from this Pizza Hut every week same thing we never have problems wit this Pizza Hut at all but today they really pushed it. We get the dinner box every week & our pizzas always have crust. This time it didn’t have any crust & when I called the store they said it’s a new way of doin their pizzas that’s in the box but what if people don’t like their pizza without crust , crust is what makes it a pizza. I don’t even want to touch this pizza look at it nothing I am highly upset very close to crying like a baby I had my mouth set on this pizza only for them to send a way that I really do not like. Pizza Hut won’t get anymore of our money every week that just disgusted me seriously coming from a true over 10 year customer

Ordered online just to come & find this on the window. Do not think this is fair for customers. Even if you order one pizza this is not free. Ridiculous that’s why I stick to Little Caesar’s. I’m reporting this to corporate.
