Pathetic! Broke my oil pan drain plug. Had to get it fixed outside and cost me $1100. Ridiculous. No apologies, nor offered to fix it.

I liked the place even if the price was higher than dealership. However, just before I left they gave me a sticker asking me to come back in 3k miles. This is BS and really got me thinking if I should trust those guys. With fully synthetic oil, I don't have to change it that often...

Quick and hassle free oil change. I have always taken my car to the dealership for oil change and its always very inconvenient as the service takes at least a couple of hours. This place has positive reviews and is at a location very convenient for me, and I found a Groupon, so I thought of giving it a try. Their app tells the wait times, so use the app before driving to avoid longer wait. This was my first oil change at a Valvoline location and I read some negative reviews mentioning that they do not honor their Groupon for oil change. Since I purchased a Groupon already, I was a little susceptible before visiting this location. But I had a positive experience. The staff knew how to apply the Groupon and they clearly asked me what I want and did not try to sell me any additional service or parts. This is going to be my go-to place for oil changes from now on. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It took close to 2 hours to get a standard oil change, despite there only being 3 cars ahead of us when we pulled in (including the one in the bay). The employees did not acknowledge us for an hour. We were then "checked in" twice because the employees did not communicate. The crew seemed very inexperienced. The right lane moved at a pace of 2.5 cars serviced to every 1 car in the left lane. I will not be returning. If I hadn't been boxed in by cars waiting behind me I would have left without getting service here. I highly recommend you go ANYWHERE else. Service: Oil change

6/18/2022 After they changed the oil the tech told me I owe about $40 after groupon discount. Then I had to show him the terms where it says I only owe for taxes and any additional services. He said he can only tell me what his system told me. A lead/supervisor then said that the tech is right and unless the groupon voucher had a code that starts that begins NP and I had to look at the voucher and then prove to him that the code did begin with NP. He never even bothered to look at my voucher to validate the code. I had to take the trouble of proving the code starts with NP. He then changed payment method to groupon and I ended up paying only the taxes. Overall I was not happy with the overall customer experience. I really got worried that these guys were going to rip me off for another $40. I had a similar bad experience with Penzzoil in Redmond and thankfully Groupon refunded me that amount. I am beginning to believe this whole oil change deals through Groupon is a scam being perpetrated by these merchants so that they can get the customer in the door and then rip them off. 2 years ago I took my car there for oil change. They charged me for extra oil and few other extra charges that they did not ask me or care to explain to me. They were only busy trying to upsell me with other services that I did not need. Be warned they will tease with you a low oil change price but they will add a bunch of other stuff to it and you may end up paying 2x or 3x for what your original deal was for. Not trustworthy and No business integrity. Service: Oil change

This is the only place I like going to for oil changes now. You get to stay in your car and drive right through, it's so speedy and so convenient. These guys always take great care of me, are always super nice, and there are always coupons available making it more affordable.

Took my 4x4 Highlander to this location, Thursday morning. When I first moved to WA state 20+ years ago, there was an express oil change in Issaquah called Oil Can Henry's, beloved by many due to their perfunctory service, extra attention to detail, friendliness and cleanliness (I'll come back to this). I usually take my vehicle to the dealer for any and all work, due to my generally poor experiences at both independent mechanics (bald-faced lying and finding 'many' problems outside the original issue) and quick lube establishments (leaving the oil cap off, for starters, and also the hard annoying upsell, when they bring you a filthy cabin filter that isn't even from your own vehicle, no thanks. And contrary to popular belief, they are not cheaper than the dealership, as you will see). However, I recently took a job where I am on call most of the time, and taking my vehicle to the dealership involves a lot of hassle and a lot of time (that I no longer have). I looked for Oil Can Henry's, only to discover it is now Valvoline. Okay fine, but might as well find one closer, hence Sammamish location. They were quick to get me in. It was two gentlemen, Cameron and Isaac, who looked neat, had proper uniforms, and didn't give off the sleaze vibe. Last time I went to a quick lube, they had a hell of a time changing the oil and loosening the bolt on the oil filter, and their confusion did not create an experience of trust. However, these guys pulled out a clean rolling vacuum on a stand, super cool looking and I observed while the machine sucked every last bit of oil out. One started on the oil change while the other informed of all the services they provide. When I declined (I take pretty good care of the vehicle and I know what it needs when it needs it for the most part), he didn't push, which is wise. The hard upsell does not make customers comfortable and establishments need to stop using the technique. Many of us already know what we need and/or want. I always get the full synthetic. At the Toyota dealership, they charged me $85.69 for fully synthetic oil change, 7qts, and no extra fee for "extra" oil. Valvoline charged me $97.97, 6.4qts and that was with $25 off coupon. I was charged 13.99 for the 'extra' oil. (I'm grateful they accepted the coupon, not all locations participate). 5 quarts of fully synthetic Valvoline costs $23 at Walmart, so not sure what their pricing is about or what it is based on. So many people drive powerful cars, SUV and trucks--why should we get gouged? Hello, plenty of the Audi take 6 and 7 qt! when 6 or 7 qt is probably the norm rather than the exception. Prices aside, since most lube change establishments charge in this range, the experience was a very good one. It was efficient, pleasant, discount accepted, tidy shop, neat employees who didn't push or talk fast or try to put 'moves' on, and so on. They also checked my tires and assisted in resetting the maintenance warning light. I would definitely visit this location again, provided I can take a coupon to mitigate the oil upcharge. And they had a little Oil Can Henry's sign up on the exterior of the building. Cool. Side note: it is okay to tip these guys if you feel inclined. A lot of them probably make $15 or less an hour which is not a living wage in this area--or King County for that matter. Services: Oil change, Tires

Good service, but I question what else they did under my hood. I got my oil changed very recently and it’s unlikely that this flew in from under the car or from the window side. I have no other debris in there. I would have given 5 stars, but the fact that a crazy employee left his calling card on my oil cap makes me give this a 2 star and never going back. Did they not think I would pop the hood again? If the picture doesn’t come through. There is a cigarette but wedged in my oil cap.

Very good and fast service. They explain everything thoroughly so even a car amateur can understand. Picture is the underside view of the car which is why it is considered a drive through. Special thank you to Ron, for the great explanations
