I have been getting my oil changes here for a couple years now. The customer service is hands down the BEST in the city. I have always had an exceptional experience due to the impressive service. I am genuinely disgusted with the service I received. My fiancé brought in our car at 11am for a full interior detailing and exterior detailing. He was told it would be done BY 5pm, which is perfectly fine. But it wasn’t done until 7:30pm, which we only found out by calling the place. No one let us know we wouldn’t have our car back until over 2 hours after the expected time prior to us calling. I could overlook this, but when we got the car back the seats were in worse shape than when we brought them in. While we paid to have the interior cleaned including the seats, our seats are filthy. Other than the seats they did a sub par job as well, it was the quality you expect from cleaning it yourself in a rush. This was an incredible waste of money! I don’t trust this business to handle my vehicle ever again, and now I need to figure out how to fix my seats.

I dropped the car off at 12:30pm picked up later that night. We had and oil change, full detailing and wash. The car was immaculate, the service was great; Murat kept me up to date on when the car would be done and progress through out the day. I can't speak enough about the customer service, just fantastic. The detailing was on my wife's car and she stated it's like she was in a brand new car. I'll definitely be coming back. These guys did an excellent job. We hadn’t cleaned the interior of our car in three years and they made it look brand new. They also did an oil change during the same visit. Would gladly go back.

Came here to get my car windows tinted. They did solid and efficient work. It was also very good that they could schedule appointments same day as the next closest competitor was scheduling a few weeks out. Keep up the good work!

Purchased a complete detailing package for a Ford Explorer from Evren at Milwaukee Auto Spa, and boy did they deliver! Not only did they pick-up & drop-off the car right from my apartment, but as you can see from the pictures,it came out looking brand new. Totally worth the $200. Don't expect deeply set stains to be removed, but all of the surface grime will be gone. Definitely plan on going back next year.

I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. Upon discussing pricing, it was not consistent with their website, that could use more detail. The price was however what we agreed on when the job was done. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately by a worker who stopped what he was doing to talk to me. 4-5 hours was estimated on a complete detail (interior, exterior, and engine bay). The job took exactly that. When it was finished the owner asked if I needed picked up. Transaction was cash only. I was very pleased with the interior, wheels, and engine. The interior of my car looked brand new (4 year old car). I thought the exterior work could have been better. Overall the work they did was worth what I paid and I would use their service again. The website could be updated to include what work is done with each package as well as accurate pricing. That way expectations are inline with services received.

MKE Auto Spa saved the day! My kids placed a McDonald's chocolate milk jug upside down in the back passenger pocket w/out my knowledge. It wasn't until it was TOO LATE - a STANK SMELL that I found the bottle which had dripped a good amount soaked into the bottom of the passenger chair. I tried myself to clean it for two days w/o any progress, then I called my dealership with whom I purchased an interior cleaning package when I bought my brand new minivan and they were booked two weeks out (and do not do interior cleaning on Fridays and only book one a day?). I couldn't wait so I decided to GOOGLE and came across MKE Auto Spa. They took me in right away and worked on my car for 4 hours (it's a minivan)! I was deeply impressed and a bit embarrassed to bring in a vehicle that was stinky and probably really dirty (I have 5 kids). Thank you to everyone at MKE Auto Spa, you saved me and my car! It's been one day and the smell has not come back. Highly recommend. I took these photos under a tree so the lighting is kind of bad.
