I am sick and tired of my mail being delivered to 4131cthy A i live at 4131 old stone rd they get my packages and i recieve their stupp fire this incompetent delivery person

They were extremely helpful on communicating with me about a package. I was expecting a Friday delivery and it did not show up. They gave me the manager's information to contact. The manager was great, he stayed in communication with me all day Saturday and notified me once the package arrived. Even though the package did not arrive on the expected date, they did a great job helping correct it.

Our mail as of late is delivered to the wrong address and then received late or not at all! Pay for Oregon Observer and not delivered.

I've been dropping packages off here three days a week for the past three years and I am grateful for the post office being in Oregon and the helpful staff.

To the reviewer frustrated with having to go to another post office before finding an employee willing to break the credit card acceptance rules and jeopardize their job: boo hoo, cry me a river. Anyway, it's your average small town post office, max of two clerks at a time. When I'm there I usually find myself behind people who have no idea what they are doing, and that makes for a long wait. If you need someone to hold your hand through the packaging and shipping process, FedEx is better set up for that.

I had a very special issue with filling for a new passport but Kim at the Oregon post office helped me get through everything. She called a few times to the Chicago passport office to get my passport situation questions answered. Even though they didn't pick up the first few times, Kim kept calling again which was amazing and very helpful. I have not had great service like this in a while. This whole process has been very rough for me and troubling but with Kim's help, I think it has all been figured out. I would really like to thank Kim as much as I possibly can. I will let everyone I know how great of a help Kim was to me today. Thank you very much!

This post office has to be the worst in WI, no one knows what's going on... people are rude and very disrespectful!! Its very sad to say but maybe these people need to lose their job in order to gain some respect. I hope this location gets some much needed clean up in their "customer service" staff. Spefically talking about the older bigger lady -_-
