It’s 6:55pm and their doors are already locked. I don’t like to be last customer in, but I left work as soon as possible and raced over here to quickly grab a specific flat iron I wanted that they carry. It seems my efforts were in vain as they decided to close early tonight I guess. I will end up purchasing through someone else online.

They sold us the wrong one's and world not refund us or exchange for the correct product without the empty bottles. Just the fact they told us which product's to get to reach the color I wanted and it didn't work they said they would give us the right product. Then they were rude to my Mother after telling us they would correct it. Now they cost us gas, time wasted and still will not correct their mistake and I don't recommend this business if you want something done right. They were rude and wrong to do this when they were responsible for selling the wrong item's.

My son received assistance Monday August 30th 2021 from a female store associate. We got home to apply the recommended product for hair lightening and it only reached Orange and medium brown and the associate said it would reach ash blonde and it did not. They owe us full reimbursement for horrible inaccurate product combinations that cost money we do not have to lose.! Please correct this very poor customer service interaction.

My kids were not breaking anything, being loud, or obnoxious. They also have nothing on their shelves. I’ll be taking my service elsewhere, they lost my service!!!
