If you're looking for a good scent diffuser, get a B&B Works Wallflower. There are scents for everyone's taste and they look better than the Glade or Air Wick diffusers. The store is well staffed and is clean. If you need or want something, they probably have it or a good alternative.

I don’t mind coming here every once in a while to get hand sanitizer or a new candle. To be honest the staff is quite snotty and rude. I came in here on a weekday to get a few things before the semi annual sale and was looking for a specific scent. I asked if they had it and I got a laugh and a comment of “that just comes in a candle” I mentioned they had it online and she said “well then we just don’t have it”. I walked around the store and ended up finding the hand soap no thanks to the workers. It’s disappointing when you go to shop and you don’t get any recommendations just the promotions of the day. Customer service use to be more than that. Obviously not here. Customer service is sloppy and they don’t care, this is a big reason why I don’t come to bath and body and would rather shop online.

Always friendly employees, very helpful to make your shopping go smoothly. I'm so glad they have other options now to sample the scents as opposed to just body spray that only smells like alcohol to me. Thank goodness for lesser covid restrictions....FINALLY!

Destiny was incredibly helpful and friendly. My favorite scent was discontinued some time ago, and she knew exactly what scent they had in store would compare. These ladies are always helpful, not pushy, and provide a relaxing space to shop.

Amberli helped us this morning. She was very helpful and kind. She was very knowledgeable on the products and even offered us to try the body scrubs in the sink area. She really went above and beyond to help my Daughter, Sierra, with her purchases. Thank you!!!! 😊

Super friendly staff but there were so many employees, it felt crowded. Store was clean, organized and of course smelt like heaven 🤣 Side note: I've been burning the same candle for weeks and it's still going. I didn't expect for them to last so long!

This store is located in the mall. Nicely kept up and helpful workers. There is always a good selection of what you are looking for. You may experience delays with covid-19 when there is a sale, due to the amount of people allowed in, but over all a good experience.

Love Bath and Body Works. Pricey unless you hit the sales and haven't been receiving the coupons via mail or email that I used to. They are doing a good job making sure people are masked up and social distanced

My 5 year was really excited to finally be able to go to the "smelly place." She looked forward to it. Unfortunately this wonderful store doesn't allow children above 2 to enter the store without a mask. Despite the fact Wyoming lifted its mask mandate of people over 10 wearing them. And the CDC also recommends over 10.
