I found what I was looking for and it was good prices but when I got the register I was told I could not get the good price unless I joined a club. I thought that is what I had already done by being on the email and getting mailings. Guess not, now you got to pay a fee to get the good prices. Just a thought are they really good if you have to pay a fee to get them?

Wife lost her purse there she talked to them and they said her coach wallet wasn't in there then when we got there it was but her prescription medicine and all the valuable stuff was gone can't tell me that ever who brought it in done it cause it was a louis-vuion purse with a couch wallet they would of kept it all so the people there stole about 500 dollars from us

Manager was rude..not to me but to a contractor and the contractor was nice and apologized for the misunderstanding and the manager still kept on and on very unprofessional...

I had a big project in my yard this weekend, and I came to Harbor Freight. Initially, I had some trouble because I got some of the wrong tools, but Tonya and Benjamin were very helpful in guiding me in the right direction and helping make suggestions. The store was well stocked and the prices very reasonable. I would come back!

They have a wide variety of tools I don't recommend buying any of the socket sets there. Their Pittsburgh brand ratchets are inferior to others. I purchased three different sets and the ratchets failed in every set. Most of the associates were friendly with the exception of one, and he was some kind of supervisor because he had a tag on saying so. Seems like he followed me around in the store the whole time I was there.

I love their hassle-free return and the fact that I get an email verifying my receipt means I don't have to keep up with all the paper trail, I love the prices and large inventory

Great tools! I still have my little key knife on my keychain, still in great shape after 5 years! Same with all the tools my father bought :)
