I called and asked if they take walk-ins or if I had to have an appointment. The gal never did answer that question, but made an appointment for 11:30. I was there 10 minutes early and waited for them to finish with their current haircuts. No one else was in the store. As I sat waiting, one of the hair stylists finished but slowly cleaned up her station. About 5 minutes later another lady strolls in and the free stylist takes her right back, leaving me waiting!!!! Another 30 minutes goes by before the second stylist is ready for me. I had medium length hair and asked for a trim to even up my hair. When she was done, my hair was so short I couldn’t even run my fingers through it!!! I didn’t ask for a pixie cut! I’m never going back!

Went here a few times. Last time I scheduled a time for next h/c. When I went there they had no appt for me and said they did not know what they could do 4 me???? . I fixed that by going elsewhere permanently. Service: Haircut

Asked to cut split ends off. Take an inche off. Took more than that. Didn't know how to layer hair. Not happy with cut. Thank goodness it will grow. Stylist was nice and pleasant, but not knowledgeable on cutting and layering hair. Won't go back.

1st time here. Jen was super helpful! She listened to what I wanted, explained how she thought we should accomplish, and she took her time with me. I left behind a good 6 or 7" of hair she chopped off for me and I love my new cut! Definitely recommend making an appt. I was glad I did, and it makes it easier for everyone.

At about 0930 AM I went walked into this location and made an appointment for 1215 that day, when I arrived at my appointment time I was greeted and taken to a chair for my hair appointment. The person who greeted & seated me was not wearing a mask and neither was the person sweeping the floor. This person then came to me and asked if I had a mask to which I replied I did not and that was not told earlier, when I made the appointment, that I needed one. The person that made my appointment at about 09:30 was not wearing a mask then either! Then the person who seated me to cut my hair said that she could sell me one ....... for the ridiculous Price Gouging amount of $6.00 all the while she was still not wearing a mask but was dangling one on her finger hoping I would give them $6.00 for it. Needless to say I walked out rather irritated. Trust me I have no plans to return to this company's shops.

I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for a stylist. The stylist I got was very friendly!! She asked questions to get a feel of what I wanted. Took close care of what she was doing. I wish I would've gotten her name. In will definitely be going back.

I rarely write bad reviews, but I went to this salon to get a color & cut. When she was finished with my color I could see that it didn't take & my grey roots were still showing. When I said something, her response was "you picked the color" and rudely asked if I wanted it redone. I know that coloring your hair twice in one day is not a good idea, so I paid for the service & left. In hindsight, I would/should not have paid. I will not be returning to this salon and felt I should share this experience.
