My visit was horrible. Rep was very dismissive and cold. Immediately putting blame on apple instead of Verizon and basically gave me my phone back and a phone number to make a claim meanwhile I have a phone that doesn’t work. I’ve never been so insulted by a rep like this before anywhere. I will be calling manager and I will be calling corporate about this.

The employees at this store since they reopened after closing for covid has been consistently lacking good customer service skills. My experience with Nick 4 weeks ago was terrible. Great experience with Jonathan at Shea & Tatum ofc a few days ago.

One of the worst experiences I had! I wanted to talk to someone about my bill, and was told I basically told if I wanted help with my phone bill I needed to call in and there is nothing they could do in store and gave me a list of phone numbers to call! When I asked how I could get out of Verizon was to go to another carrier! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever gotten

Last night I upgraded my phone and had a very pleasant experience with Jonathan. Although they were short staffed he was able to juggle helping me and 3 other people making sure every single one of us got our problems figured out before leaving. By far the best Verizon customer service I have ever received. Thank you!

Long term Verizon client experienced poor customer service at this location today. I went in to make a purchase and was actually turned away at the door, they said that I had to make an appointment to be seen.

Came in late with no appointment and a broken phone and despite the busyness and only having a few salesman we were able to get in and out quickly. Well done guys!! Definitely recommend.

Walked in and was taken care of very quickly. The staff was so nice and all of them had a big smile 😊 Jonathan was on point. He Took care of us as we did a trade in and upgraded to an iPhone 📱 13 and got us our return box 📦 I highly recommend this location. I will be back.

After 6 hours of talking on and off with Verizon people, the only thing that was accomplished was that an order was canceled that was totally messed up by some Verizon lady in Florida. I can't possibly tell you how bad an experience this was with Verizon. Now I have to wait up to 3 days to place an order with Verizon to buy an iPad. 6/5/22… Revised this review to 4 stars from 1 star because of the help given in the Verizon store by a knowledgeable employee.

The employees (the limited # they have) are very nice and knowledgeable (that was why I added a star). However, they never seem to be adequately staffed. I have now gone in 3 times to upgrade my phone and they have 2 people working and at least 10 people waiting. I can't stand there for over an hour...I do have a job. To make matters worse, they used to close at 8pm, now 6pm...essentially banking hours. I went in at 5pm the other night and they were too backed up to help me...they were turning people away. I tried to order online for in store pick up, but at check out, it kept reducing my trade-in credit by 50% ($400), stating I needed to upgrade my unlimited plan (because it is no longer offered with the same name/price). They have my plan, with a new name, and expect me to pay $5 more per line. Very frustrating!

Too much waiting. We waited for almost 30 mins for our query to be addressed. The store was crowded with many customers and staff was not able to accommodate all of them. We wanted to get a new connection and had to choose the number too. After 30 mins of wait time, finally the iPhone we wanted was out of stock and we booked it for home delivery after 2 weeks. Will provide an updated review after receiving the connection.
