Such a turn off when you can’t even think about the mattress you are testing because of non-stop talking. Visited on 9/17/22. New manager Rishi Mohindra is too much. Stop focusing on the next dad joke and let your customer lay, think, and take notes on the mattress that are on. The mattresses are great but when the salesperson is too much it can ruin everything. *review was also deleted by store originally. Looks like they don’t like honest feedback.

Nothing but a great experience just coming to this store. I came in to look around and check out the different types of mattresses and ended up in the store for 2 hours!! The manager there Rashi was absolutely so great to talk to and so informative, litterly just a book of knowledge about the company and products and kept giving more and more. Such a great attitude and posable energy from him and a show of drive and determination on being the best salesman he can and giving as much information as he could. The store was absolutely clean and beautiful, I got to try out each mattress and the differences between each one. This was a great experience even going in to look, I walked out with a book of mew knowledge about not only the products but myself as well and walked out with a goal of taking a mattress out next time.

I tried finding the right pillows for months online but wasn’t successful. After one quick trip into the Tempur-Pedic store, I found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend the store at Fashion Square. Employees are very knowledgeable and professional.

Visiting this store was a truly lovely experience. Walked in not knowing too much about pillows but Michael and Rishi have kindly and logically walked through multiple pillows to find us the pillows that fit my wife and I perfectly! Definitely willing to come back if I am in the market for other things as well.

I came in to the store and was shown various beds by Rishi and Michael. Ended up buying a couple face masks as I am still deciding on what I would like to buy. Both employees were extremely helpful and a joy to speak with. They also have a bed with an adjustable fan base which cools you as you sleep….awesome.
