if don't have a major credit card. you can't rent a car. You have to show, Enterprise, your credit. Enterprise will rent only if you show that you pay your bills. If you don't have a major credit card. to rent the car. you have to show, electric bill and gas bill. To pay by debit card. this does not make scents. because all major business take debit card. Most other car rental places will rent to you a car if you pay by debit car. so what up Enterprise.

This review is long overdue. These ladies and gentlemen at Show Low enterprise have gone above and beyond. They are always extremely professional and very helpful. They helped me in a time of need when I was stranded as well. Five star service.

Very disappointed with this location. Reserved a car online and received a confirmation. Less than 24 hours before I was to pick up the car I was called and told it didn't look like they would have a vehicle available. Due to this I had to scramble to make other arrangements. On the morning I was supposed to pick up the car I received a call telling me they had a vehicle after all. Of course by then it was too late and I was halfway to the airport in Phoenix. This is no way to run a business, the back and forth is simply unacceptable. Based on other comments this appears to be a common occurrence. Disappointing to see another company whose word means nothing.

I literally can never go there and rent a car. If I reserve a car, It is never available. However if there is a car to rent, it's usually alot more expensive than the one I reserved. It's very disappointing and frustrating. Good luck and hopefully you have better luck than we have.

My experience was great as always. I got there a little before opening time to drop off my car. When they saw me sitting out front they came out and checked me out before opening time. Great people and great service.

So my insurance company reserved a car for me. I went in to pick it up. The representative that assisted me wanted me to purchase insurance for the car at a rate of around $25 a day. I said no I didn't want to purcha se it( my insurance company had the reservation). So I had to sign a waiver saying I didn't want the insurance. Then Tyler RUDY begins to inform me that if the car is damaged in any way enterprise is going to go after me for the damage, I refused to accept the car. I feel as though Tyler was trying to persuade me into purchasing something that I didn't need and he knew I didn't need. I contacted my insurance company and they said no that is not correct. The car is insured by them. I called and spoke to this same guy and he was just rude and condescending and disrespectful. I asked to speak to someone else and he informed me that I had to deal with him because he was the manager. Ii said I was coming in to pick up a car. I went and picked up my daughter and drove to the rental facility and Tyler informed me that there were no cars available. He could of told me that and saved me driving for an hour to pick up my daughter. My insurance company called and she said she couldn't get anywhere with him and that he was rude and condescending and disrespectful to her also. If you need to rent a car good luck. Update is a representative Travis contacted me and told me there was a car available. I went and picked it up. Travis was very courteous and professional. I would recommend him if you go to interprise in Showlow. Thank you Travis.

Reserved a vehicle a month in advance and was called the day before the trip and was told they didn't have any available. Tried to get a secondary option and was called the next day and told they didn't have any of those either. Why make a reservation a month in advance and have it confirmed if it won't actually be available, I thought that was the whole point of making the reservation.....

Absolutely the worst rental company I have ever felt with. They didn’t have my vehicle there the day I went to pick it up despite having made the reservation 3 months ago. They had us wait in town for 6 hours just to tell us to come back tomorrow. To top it off, the employees are incredibly rude and condescending. Go somewhere else.

I only made my reservation this morning and considering what a small town we live in, they weren't sure if they would be able to get me a car. But, they called me at 3 p.m. and had a beautiful car for me. They were very quick with all the paperwork and getting me back out on the road.

Will not be using Enterprise for anything. You call the local place and end up talking to a Filipino call center who reads google web pages to you. Show low Enterprise is NOT open on Saturdays...which is the day most people need a rental car for. So if you need a car for just Saturday you need to rent it for 3 days! They forgot the reason they are in business is to provide a valuable service. They don't.
