This site is the worst location for truck drivers. They really don't care about the drivers. They have no possibilities. And I have to wait 3 days to deliver my stuff. So sad they don't deserve 0 star.

My "appointment" was set for 18:30, so I arrived at 17:45. I walked up to the guard shack to ask a few questions, just to be prepared before my check-in. Everything went smoothly until I got on the yard. I noticed around 10 trucks crowded around docks 70+... That's when I proceeded to unlock my tandems, open my doors, and take my bills inside. ((Walk up the ramp and pull the hanging rope to get inside)) Once back outside, you'll notice the lack of space needed to safely get docked. I was fortunate to have 2 completely empty spots on both sides. If you are NOT fortunate, I would strongly suggest you set-up to park, and ask the driver next to your dock for help. I'm almost sure that another driver will be at your door, before you even begin to reverse... FYI... I've seen most drivers recording and taking pictures while others help to get them in. Don't rush and GOAL. 21:24 Unloading... 01:46 finally complete. 10hr reset nearly competed... I've been to some very crappy places, but this place is in the top 3 worst.

Nothing seems to change according to other drivers. They said get ready for a long wait. Less than 600 cases. Lets see how long it takes to get outta here. All trucks in at once for morning delivery. Scheduled appt mean nothing i guess. We see. Would like to have a good experience here.....😪

What a flustercluck. They bring 6 to 8 trucks thru the gate so you have to wait for all the trucks in front of you to back into doors. Lot is tight but fortunately the other drivers will help you. Probably because they don't want to get hit. Park on the street and walk in if you can find a spot. I got here at 1900 and there were 10 trucks already there on the street so extremely busy. I got a door early and they're already unloading. I should give an extra star for that.

Check-in 4:30am Gave me door 7am Unloaded at 7:30am Waited until 11am someone called and said I have to pay 204$ for 11 pallets. After I paid that 204$, after another hour they brought my papers. And right after 2-3 minutes someone came out and said they refused my load because temperature on load shows 47º and they will load it back. Can you imagine, after 4-5 hours they left my load in their hot warehouse, they found out that my load is bad ??? Out 2pm I read all comments and knew that it's not good company, still thought that sh#&@ not gonna happen to me. Nobody exception here. Because of them I lost my two days and good load. DON'T LOOSE YOUR TIME HERE

My appointment was at 18:30 & so was about 30 other trucks...🙄 do yourself a favor & park on the street, walk your bills to the check in or you will be stuck in the line just to get in here... Once given a door, good luck because the space you have to turn is very tight. I saw one driver hit the curb pulling forward, other trucks had to disconnect to let others next to them get it in the hole... it is now after 22:00, I've been unloaded over an hour, paid my Lumper, & still waiting on my final paperwork...🤔😡

Great place. Overnight parking on street no one bothers you. Don't enter main entrance pass guard shack and look for sign about 100 feet and make a right. Check in with guard at end of driveway. Super nice people. Got a door right away and they are unloading already. Couldn't be happier.

Watched a Navajo driver take off his front end against a pole guarding a fire hydrant and had to honk my air horn at a Stevens driver TWICE as he almost took off my front end then almost pinced my trailer. Fairly tight dock space but dang. You driver's need to get out and look. This place has insufficient space to maneuver and the guard was fairly rude. 1 star for you Safeway. Zero stars for the Navajo and Stevens drivers.

I waited over four hours, but they time stamped me for less. Showed they offloaded in less than 45 minutes. ..Then why the wait? Lumpers take forever to get you your paperwork once you've paid. They do not take cash, period. Over the phone by debit/credit card, t-check, blah, blah, blah. Hot! I hate this place.
