The "stylist" gave me a 5 minute rush job (with no one waiting) and a half-done, horrible haircut. I'm in this strip mall 2 times a week and will drive miles to AVOID this place again. Service: Haircut

For the one star reviews that claim they didn't hold their appointments let me say this so you can hear me THEY DON'T DO APPOINTMENTS!! They have a reservation system (Supercuts system, not the fault of the stylists) that only holds your place in line so if a walk in comes in before your RESERVATION, then your place begins after that. The number of times I hav been in there and some person starts going off because their appointment was at such and such time, the ladies are always patient and polite. I want to step in to redirect the rude people but I just sit there and admire how lovely these ladies are. Then today I visited Yaya and she did an amazing job on my hair. If you want a place that does an appointment then you need to go elsewhere (and pay more). If you want a quality cut, then you make a reservation and you get what you get. Stop trying to ruin a business by leaving bad reviews. Go volunteer and do some good in the world.

"YaYa" has been go-to stylist for more than 5 years. I've followed her to Supercuts. Quick and efficient and sometimes funny! Located near the Starbucks and Bagel store. If they are busy, you have somewhere to wait!!

Usually a really professional and good place, but when they are understaffed they fail to tell you ahead of time that your appointment is going to be an hour later than you scheduled. I made a reservation at 10 am for 3pm the same day, I show up and I’m told I have people ahead of me waiting still. I have important meetings and appointments I have to make for my work or I’d lose my job, I trust to have my appointment at that time. Man update I left before my cut because everyone ended up getting a haircut before me during my appointment Service: Haircut

I go to this location because Yaya does a great job. This time, I checked in online like usual and when I get there they are short staffed and cannot accommodate the check ins - the stylist there had a curt - sorry I have no time to call. What’s the point of checking in with a phone number and email if they can’t even let you know they can’t accommodate you even an hour after your time. Not saying things can’t change but this is extremely unprofessional. Service: Haircut

I went to my usual Supercuts at swan and skyline. I am happy to say that the hairstylist Nicole did a fantastic job cutting my hair. She paid close attention to my request of the way I wear my hair. She was so gentle and professional I became so relax and feel into a derp meditation. I definitely will schedule ahead of time and request her. Thanks Nicole

I drive clear across town to this Supercuts to get my hair cut by Leah. She is awesome. I always walk out of there looking (and feeling) like a million bucks. Not only is she great at her job, the rest of her team seem to always have lines of regular customers waiting to get seen. Thanks, Leah! If you happen to switch stores again, I'll definitely follow just to make sure I always have a great hair (and beard) cut. ♡
