Rude employees who tell you they don’t care when you have questions and they never answer the phone. They also always try to change one of my medications because of not wanting to order the appropriate one and don’t run things through insurance first.

They are deceptive, causing me to go without meds my last three times I went saying my meds aren't covered by my insurance, instead of the truth which is they no longer accept my insurance, I'm thinking of seeking legal advise due to allowing my condition to worsen.

Walgreen’s pharmacist ARMADO GARCIA at this location DENIED our pre approved Walgreen screened and approved Covid booster appointment this evening! He stated that because we had received Pfizer two vaxx he would DENY our Moderna Booster because he thought that mixing brand vaxxs was deniable in his opinion as a Walgreens pharmacist employee. Today October 29th he claimed that he had no knowledge that mixing vaccine brands was approved by the CDC or any medical publication ! When I requested him to call Walgreens’s 1.800 number and any Walgreens’s peer pharmacist to confirm his adamant decision and he negated and ignored my request. Told me it was his decision and to go away because he denied my Walgreens’s appointment and he would not give me my Covid booster. He told me he has been negating all tucson residents Covid Booster Moderna vaxxs if they have had Pfizer previous vaccinations proudly!! Walgreens’s pharmacist Armando Garcia is an uneducated, dangerously irresponsible negligent and a Walgreens’s approved employee that DENIES MODERNA BOOSTERS Vaccination to our community! Armando García is poison to our community and health well fare and negates Covid Moderna boosters to Walgreens pre approved and pre screened tucson residents! Shame on him and Walgreens for allowing such an unprofessional and negligence bully during a world wide Covid pandemic! He is actually DENYING COVID BOOSTER SHOTS in our community !!

I went to this location for a tetanus vaccine. I scheduled the appointment online and drove 35 miles only to be told “Those appointments mean nothing” and “We have other things to do first. It will be at least an hour”. Don’t waste your time with this Walgreens clinic!! The pharmacist on duty was just unprofessional, then the tech who helped lied and never came back to tell me how long it would be. I have had better care in a packed hospital. I had already transferred my rx to the Walgreens on Coachline years ago due to a rude and unprofessional environment when they get busy so I should’ve known better. Again, if you’re looking for a good clinic, go to the Walgreens on Coachline. They’re a cleaner store with better staff and they’re right down the street. If you need care, I highly suggest looking elsewhere or you will either be shoved out or get told off by the staff. They don’t have the capacity to be a functioning care center and they certainly have zero knowledge when it comes to simple tasks…like their job.

We were very impressed with how well organized and efficient the Walgreens Pharmacy was in rolling out the COVID -19 vaccines. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the store manager Dana that directed us to a separate window for check in. The pharmacy department was well staffed. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. Our entire experience was flawless. Thank you Walgreens for helping us fight COVID-19.

I am 67 years old my name is Elizabeth Courtney and have been spending weeks trying to schedule for Covid Vaccine. Even on this post they list me as Elizabeth Moore ( incorrect) my email starts with.....elizabethmoore.... so for some reason they think it's my name! Was so excited to finally get a confirmation ( which I took a picture of as proof) showing the date, today , March 16th at 12:45 in the afternoon . Arrived a few minutes early and was told by pharmacist that I HAD NO APPOINTMENT! TRIED TO SHOW HIM MY PHONE WITH CONFIRMATION FROM WALGREENS WITH DATE AND TIME He didn't want to see it, asked my name and said I was NOT IN THE SYSTEM!!!! HOW can I NOT be in the system when Walgreens sent ME confirmation??? He told me to call 1-800 # and complain. I called and it's all AI!! Now there's No appointments for 3weeks!! NO ONE CARES, AND NO PERSON ( not computer) would help me! Went to try live chat and 95 people ahead of me! This is the worst customer service I've ever seen ! I am asking one more time for a capable PERSON from this store to CALL me, look at MY PROOF that they gave me this Appointment and physically reschedule me Not brush me off AGAIN TO SOME OBVIOUSLY SERIOUSLY FLAWED WEB SITE or 1-800 #

I have had so many bad experiences with all Walgreens pharmacy’s but this pharmacy is the worst one I have ever had to deal with , their policies and rules about when they can fill your prescriptions change daily and they also change to with different pharmacists, each pharmacist has their own personal rules and policies about filling patients prescriptions that are completely different from Walgreens and if your prescription is something that the pharmacist them selves do not approve of personally because of there believes they will take upon themselves not to fill it at the appropriate time and pick a Radom date to fill after you have completely run out of your medication and make you go days with out it , the pharmacist here are immoral, rude and completely once again unethical, I don’t know how these pharmacists can make patients suffer because of their personal beliefs

Will not be using this pharmacy anymore. Went to pick up one prescription ended up with two. Asked why one wasn’t covered under my insurance, girl didn’t know, I said okay i proceeded to pay. Was given the prescription, wasn’t explained anything, come to find out the meds were sent by a doc office I’m no longer affiliated with (I’m also allergic to the particular meds that were given). As I walked away reading with realization, I literally turned around and told the now male tech standing there, the prescription was old and or incorrect. He proceeded to challenge me and give me an attitude as if I didn’t know what medication I was taking all because he didn’t want to do a return (I’m assuming, I have no idea why he’d be upset I caught a medication I was allergic to and wanted to return it.) He also called out other prescriptions I had received before which had nothing to do with either medication. I just gave birth and was there to get ibuprofen to my knowledge, nothing else. Very rude and combative. I will never shop or pick up prescriptions here again. I’m sure if I were a different age, gender and or creed I wouldn’t have been treated with such disrespect.

I had an appointment for a flu vaccine which I scheduled on line in advance. When I arrived I was told I didn't really have an appointment, and it would take hours to get a vaccine. Due to Covid I don't go into stores, so this is a big deal for me. Very disappointing!
