A quick trip for couple items, shopped for a few more items and sale prices. Not very busy at the front but plenty of floor associates. One young man said hello. Then it turned sour at the checkout. 2nd in line and place items on checklane. Cashier is finishing other customer and UGH OH HER APPLE WATCH RINGS, SHE ANSWERS AND PROCEEDS TO HAVE CONVERSATION WITH PERSON. NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED I WAS THERE BUT COULD HAVE BEEN OKAY, EXCEPT THE COMPLETE DISREGARD THAT CUSTOMERS ARE WHY YOU ARE THERE. AND THE LANGUAGE WAS ONE I HAVE NOT BEEN TRAINED IN, SO I COULD NOT JOIN IN ALL THE FUN. TOLD MANAGER AND HE SAID I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. WE WILL SEE HOW THAT GOES. A WEEKLY CUSTOMER OF BILLS WITH A REAL SOUR TASTE OF SERVICE.

Great prices and good people! *UPDATE* Today (8-19-22) I went to the one on Johnson to shop. And as I was checking out. The cashier and another employee was talking about girls they were having a crush on. The cashier was working. Checking out my items. The other employee wasn't doing anything except standing there and talking. I totally understand that they're kids. But there's got to be some kind of professionalism. I'll still shop there but I'd rather do self checkout if they had it.

Bill’s is good if you only need something in a hurry. I would not recommend it for your weekly shopping. It is very expensive and nearly impossible to figure out how much you will charged.

Not very reliable when they said that I would have a job there and then they never get back to me on my schedule they promised me after me calling me them every other day about the manner. Only for them to say that they can’t put a face with an Application that they lost and don’t feel like pulling up the computer

The meat selection and produce is the one reason I go to these stores. When they have specials they are almost unbeatable as far as the competition in town goes. They also have other specials which can be nice if you catch them. The brands can be limited though and sometimes the 10% added to checkout makes me question if I am really saving anything over the competition. I would also check foods here. I have consistently found things past the "best by" date on the shelves. I know it is probably still safely edible but it still isn't as good as it would be obviously. They do have some products that you can't find at many other stores in town either.

I went grocery shopping there and it had everything that I was looking for and the prices were competitive to Walmart prices.

The people were very nice. The store is clean an the shelves were full, all in all a great shopping trip! Even found my favorite tea in the special bin! Will for sure be making this my regular store.

Everyone is always polite, willing to help you find anything. If they don't have it they check to see if they can get it. The deli ladies are great especially Ms Cathy. The Manager they have now, Felix is always kind never hateful or rude. I've been going to Bills for many years now. I'll always shop there.
