A little disappointed this trip. Granddaughter got a wacky pack with chicken strips and tator tots. There was only one small piece of chicken and the tator tots had a moldy taste.

Absolutely terrible. The employees on night shift are senseless heathens. The whole store is bombarded with teen children, who most are obviously friends with the staff. While waiting for a simple order. We waited 30 minutes with no line and about 6 cars in the pull in areas. No customer service whatsoever. Not even a your welcome or a smile. After watching several of the employees joke around inside we finally got our order. The main we got was just fine. But the sides were cold and not thoroughly cooked. We have tried several times to see if the store has turned itself around, and sadly it has not. Complete disorder.

I don't always have the best experience with this sonic or any sonic but options are limited. Today was no different started with a unhappy "yeah what would you like to order" from the lady inside. I get it I worked fast food for years but you should never take orders in a manner like that. I order the new chophouse burger thinking let's try something different. Well nothing different today unfortunately. The tots were kinda warm and gummy soggy as well the crispy onions were far from crunchy raw onions have more crunch than what was on this burger. Oh and if you were wondering no I didn't have any ketchup in my bag again. At least my drink was made right. After several calls over the issues time and time again nothing has changed but hey every customer is worth a mint. Hope your meals come out right.

Worst service ever on the weekends. Waited ten minutes for the red button to be answered to only be given the wrong order. And instead of fixing it I was told to make another order. Maybe if the employees weren't so busy with all the kids hanging out they'd do their job right. Pretty sad I can't stop after work for something to eat without dealing with the bad service and a high school reunion....

Trying to be fair and accurate, I got the nastiest onion rings that I have ever gotten from any Sonic. Wish I had taken a picture. Manager on duty kindly replaced them with tots but I would be ashamed to send rings like I got to a customer and expect them to eat them. Disappointed would be an understatement. Not going back.

This location is very good overall, but lately I’ve had difficulties with the online ordering. I arrive for my order and check in only to get no response, or the drive-in kiosk says there was an ordering issue and I should push red button. Today, I did that and got absolutely no response at all. I ended up waiting in the drive through to pick up my order. Oh, and they had to look for my order so took extra time. Finally order was incorrect. Ordered $5 cheeseburger and small chicken pieces and got cheeseburger and chili- frito burrito. BTW, it’s terrible. Actually terrible. Please get it straight. You’re too good a restaurant for these actions.

This was the first opportunity for me to use the mobile app to order our meal. It was really easy to use and convenient while on the go. I recommend everybody to try it at least once. Also they had our order ready rather quickly and they always have friendly service. Thanks again.
