I went down last night just before closing. Needed disposable underwear for my dad they didn’t have the large on the shelf. They usually have more in back I asked if they could please take a look. The cashier said he would have to ask the manager to take a look. But the manage said no because they are closed. I understand you wanted to get on with your night and go home but it would’ve only taken a couple minutes to go back and check. That would’ve been the proper customer service to provide. The manager was very dismissive. Then I had to drive across town to a 24 hour store in order to get the ones I needed for my dad. They were very kind there and helped me. I mentioned what it happened at the other store. He said that that was horrible and they should’ve helped me. Maybe try a different Cvs this one apparently doesn’t care about giving Customer service.

I agree with most folks. The Armenian pharmacist defiantly need to work on their attitude and not think they are better than others and take their wrong attitude back where they brought it from. The higher management need to look at this.

Come in for important dog meds. “Oh you don’t have any refills left” *blank stare* then call my doctor for a refill??? Took me forever to get this med refilled because pharmacists just kept not calling when I asked them to. Every person working there did the same thing “no refills” blank stare. Ok I guess I’ll go sit on my thumb until some appear? Literally do your job.

Walked here with my son after a classmate of his tested positive. Incredibly frustrated you can’t get a COVID test unless you DRIVE a car through the drive through. Walking into the store or walking through the drive through we’re both unacceptable. It seems ridiculous you can only get service from within a car. Walking seemed like such a healthier and more environmental option.

Went there from k town with symptoms, doing covid test, in the parking lot. I received the result 8 days later saying FINAL RESULT: test not processed. This is incredibly unprofessional 💰

So it all started with a question. I have a hard time expressing and describing what I am trying to say but the way the pharmacy manager Elizabeth treated me was unacceptable. I have a hard time staying focus so I need things to be repeated to me but Elizabeth decided I was joking. The way she was talking to me was rude, unprofessional, and can be considered harassment. I have never been so disrespected in my life and I really do hope CVS reads this.

generally the store is perfect; and otherwise in great shape. however, their pharmacy is a different story. i used to be a customer for several years; but after starting new medications and going by a different name, i got treated *very poorly*. specifically the pharmacist ‘Emma’, (who i happen to have gone to high school with); didn’t give me the correct medication AND equipment, TWICE! the first time, i waited around for 20 minutes just to be told my medication WASN’T on hold and the system needed to be refreshed. the second time i had sent my partner to grab it, and she was given the wrong equipment after the fact she already left the building. after the third time, i *finally* have my medicine, and *all* of the equipment; but it’s been two weeks *after* i was supposed to have started it already. on top of everything: she couldn’t even have the guts to ask what my new name was; despite seeing me IRL, and knowing *exactly* who i am. if i could remember her name and face; there’s a small chance she doesn’t remember me. it wouldn’t have hurt to ask “do you have a preferred name or pronouns?” but y’all would rather be “polite”, and awkwardly say a name you can CLEARLY tell isn’t used, and pretend to act like you don’t know or recognize who i am. y’all lost a customer for LIFE.

Both pharmacy and store are terrible, just terrible. You have to wait a long time for every single thing . Even the staff don’t know where the Products are. You have to ask everyone around till you find what you need . I called the corporation. They just don’t care. Terrible.

Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. They are grossly incompetent, have a revolving door staff, many of whom are functionally illiterate, and have wasted so much of my time, of late, that I just moved my biz to Pavilions. They completely & utterly SUCK!!!!!!!

The pharmacy can sometimes leave a lot to be desired, such as not having medications in stock, being "overloaded" and asking you to come back the next day, or it being too close to closing time to fill your prescription (I've had all of these problems at this location over three years). The store portion, however, is fine. I've never had issues aside from the occasional wait at the registers, which they tend to be on top of within a few minutes.
