For $13 per month this place is awesome! It is clean and very spacious, the staff are nice and the lockers are great. It has all the cardio you could ever want and had great weight training too.

Don’t go there! The manager Andrew had terrible attitude & bad customer service! When I tried to cancel my son’s membership he basically told me in the face to leave the gym & said bye to me. I felt horrible & humiliated! The Crunch management needs to teach Andrew how to treat customers properly or replace him!

As of this month I have been a member for 2 years. I'm physically challenged with full spinalhardware, Age 64 Wt 198, former bodybuilder. Since the beginning of 2022 I've accomplished the following and they're all posted on YouTube: 1. 335 lb Decline Bench Press Full Spinal Hardware 2. 360 lb 2x Seated Bench Press, Full Spinal Hardware, and most recently 3. 630 lb 7x (14-45 lb Plates) Angle Leg Press Full Spinal Hardware, and became a I.S.S.A. Certified Personnel Trainer. Hec, just this morning, 10/2/22 , I through on 680 lbs and completed 3x. So wether your a former bodybuilder or just looking to improve your health, regardless of your health and age, Crunch Fitness is the happening place to socialize and meet people.

Rude people and they rip you off with their membership they don’t tell you all the details about their membership and they take all of your money away smells bad and it’s too small for workout like you can’t do anything in this small tiny place There is limited parking in the parking lot and the customer service is terrible I don’t recommend to anybody to go to this place

Conclusion} "SUPERFICIALLY THE GYM LOOKS FINE" not happy with my overall experience and interaction with policy management. I should have been discounted the last months dues. I have yet to see if this was a switch around [typical in the gym industry] and get charged next month? In California it is illegal to charge for unused unrequested services. Overall [if accurate] it took 4-5 days to get a response for cancelation of membership. Keeping my experience now at 2 stars. I will never join another Crunch club again. -felt ignored and disregarded -found it greedy to charge me for a service I would not and could not use. -club was not cleaned [out of several visits] -felt that I may have gotten very ill [still am now 3 weeks later] after exposure to club. -the club is over-sold [as I stated at an earlier date below]. There was never a time where it was chill and I could be in an area that was not saturated [no time or day that I could see]. After 3 weeks Caption} "They don't work with you, as suggested" I have written to Crunch every day [today is the 4th day] with ZERO Response to my Cancelation request. Seems ubiquitous to the gym industry [standard] does it not? ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ UNTIL I HEAR BACK [JUST 1 SIMPLE EMAIL FROM MANAGEMENT] MY REVIEW WILL QUICKLY TURN FROM BAD TO WORSE. WELL I ENJOYED MY MEMBERSHIP WITH CRUNCH, HOWEVER WHILE WRITING THE REVIEW BELOW THOUGHT THAT THERE WOULD BE A SLOW OR OFF TIME? I COULDNT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. I TRIED DIFFERENT TIMES, DROVE BY AND FOUND NO PARKING. WORKED OUT CONSISTENTLY EVERY DAY FOR OVER A WEEK. I TRIED TO MAKE THIS CRUNCH MY HOME GYM BUT ITS OVER SATURATED AND OVER-SOLD. I ENDED UP GETTING A BAD COLD [VERY WELL MAY HAVE BEEN FROM THE GYM? I NEVER SAW ANYONE CLEANING?!]. SO FAR I HAVE REQUESTED TWICE IN A 3 DAY PERIOD MEMERSHIP CANCELATION WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE, NOT EVEN AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE? ***IT IS GOING ON 4 DAYS ✋ NO RESPONSE 👎? *** ⚠️ ANNUAL FEE MEMBERSHIP COST WAIVER WITHIN 30 DAY CXL ACCORDING TO THEIR POST POLICY ⚠️ ⏲ TIMING ME OUT⏲? I love punching and kicking the bags, it's so nice to have a gym with them. In fact they have about 4. The recreational/turf area is also a great addition for a variety of training methods. Nice to be a part of a welcoming and accepting gym. Staff is wonderfully playful and professional. The equipment is in working order. 💪 Definitely a great place to get a consistent workout.

I have been to a few gyms but this location is my favorite by far. The staff and management are extremely friendly and always ensure that the facility is clean. The treadmills are high quality with many machines available and there is an abundance of TRX straps in great condition. I have been a member here for two years and highly recommend to anyone.

Crunch is one of the very few gyms I will attend. The people are nice and the staff very cordial. I like the atmosphere. Look forward to getting back into the gym. Personal session would be nice as I have not worked out as I should during this pandemic. Thanks for helping the community get fit. Angela

If the CEO of Crunch came to see how outdated this gym is, they'd be disappointed and embarrassed. This gym needs a remodel. The machines are very dated, many of them had rips or tears in the fabric. One machine seemed as if it had not been greased down properly or at all as the movements were not smooth. Approx. 50% of the people had no mask on with no social distancing. Even if social distancing wasn't a thing, it would still bother me with how close the machines, benches, and equipment are to each other. I usually can tolerate an outdated gym just to get my workout in. But after 20 mins of being in this gym, I couldn't take it and left in the middle of my workout. The class fitness area looks newly remodeled, so why not the rest of the gym? I'd rather be at Planet Fitness for the money I pay.
