one of the most incompetent, not only bankers, but employees in general that I have ever met "assisted" me here today. Everything she said was wrong and she asked the most absurd questions, like "why do you need another savings account" and "are you planning on using the money in your savings account?" it might come as a shocker, but yea I am planning on using the money that I saved up and it's non of your business on what. hope not to see that person there again.

Make you waste time going back and forth for things they dont offer when opening a bank account which they should. Seems like they're not trying to give you full access to the benefits. Worst experience

The manager moyes was not helpful to me , he didn't help me with cashing my money instead, he let me go to another wells Fargo bank,were they helped me

Every time is use the bank in the Ralph's market its a great. The staff is welcoming and very nice. It's a great convenience.

Really bad service, never going back to this branch... I waited for at least 45 minutes and they didn't do anything to help me out!

This guys have no sympathy.... I lost my wallet And I'd credit card And debit card ... Basically I have nothing to show that I'm me ..... I asked for some money like 20 bucks so I could eat ... They totally denied me ..... Talk about great service ... I am gonna change my bank after that
