Wonderful Hospital and amazing staff. The only reason they didn't get 5 star was because they are not available when you need them most. My cat had warms and I tried to make an appointment and they didn't have anything available for 2month. I had to take my cat to a different clinic to get treated for his warm. He is fine now by the way.

When I called in to make an appointment, I was not given any information about their process, wasn’t given an answer about an appointment rather just asked what I need done and then put me on a hold and never came back. They didn’t even tell me if they had appointments available or what they were putting me on hold for. I eventually gave up because if this is how they treat the source of their income, I could only imagine how they would neglect my pup. Won’t ever be contacting again! Stay local my furry friends.

I did not visit the Banfield doctor's office for pets I went in PetSmart to get food for my pet each time I've gone there they're always out of the food that he ate the Royal Canin so now I have to go to somewhere else to try to find the food the dog eat they're nice people very friendly helpful but not serving a purpose I need I made a trip up there to buy food did not see the doctor there did not go to Banfield Pet

Very friendly and efficient staff, Lauren at the front desk is great with nervous dogs (and their sometimes nervous owners). Clean facility with trustworthy vets and capable technicians, plus they are part of a national chain which can be nice if you travel.

I recently rescued a baby teacup maltese and was scared I was gonna do something wrong. I'm used to having pitts and big dogs so this lil girl rocked my world. Banfield was amazing. These ladies treated with such respect and answered all my questions. They took such good care of her. The visit was amazing. They let me know cuz of covid they were gonna probably have her for hours and they only had her for 2 hrs. They did her shots and cut her nails for me. These folks were so great. Even called the next day to see how lily and I were doing thank you banfield.

It was our first time at Banfield the staff was friendly you can walk in and drop off your pet, they were thurow in her exam the have a wellness program for our pets a puppy program is $62 a month including all puppy shots and spaying or neutering included office visits included, she needed her ears flushed ( 1st time covered) as she had yeast infection in her ears from the last bath she had from the breeder before she came home to me, there was a discount on her medication needed, They give slight discounts for added testing and procedures needed this is a wellness program not for accidents or health issues.

The staff was very friendly and informative. I just moved from Orange County and I am super pleased with every aspect of this visit. They did such a thorough exam and I came away feeling secured that he was ok. I'm on crutches wearing a boot and one of your staff members helped walked us both to my car. That was very kind and appreciated.
