Love the staff here, especially the morning crew, they are accurate and able to get the job done under pressure! Definitely continuing to do my business there in the future

Fix the hours on the site. It says you are open on Sundays at 10am and you clearly are not open. On top of that there are no business hours on your door

I have visited many UPS Stores and this one by far is hands down the best. Their Team is great, happy to assist and always provides wonderful service. I go out of my way to visit this location.

If the staff at this location cared as much about service as they do making sure that the customers "CLOSE THE DOOR", they would have great service. Sadly, service has continued to decrease over the past few months. There is a new kid working there and he is rude to everyone I hear him talk to and continually engages in personal conversations with other employees while they are attempting to help customers. They need to make some changes here and redirect their focus to better service.

I've had multiple varying experiences at this store. It is a UPS Store and does make my life more convenient-I do many of my Amazon returns here and it is so easy to just show the workers a code and not even bag up the items up before getting a refund. However, the workers here are often a hit or miss. I don't recall her name but the tall blonde girl working here is absolutely terrible. I walked into the store and didn't notice anyone and stood there for a while before calling out for someone to help. The girl didn't notice me until I had because she was sitting on the side on her phone. She didn't say hi or anything but just jumped straight into scanning my Amazon returns. I am older and am not the best with technology but when I took some time processing my returns, the girl even had the audacity to sit back down on her phone and told me to call her over when I had my codes pulled up! I am so sorry that I am interrupting your time on your phone! Maybe I should just take my business somewhere else! When I asked her to help me, she seemed so condescending toward me. After scanning my codes, she would just leave my returns on the side with their labels and although it hasn't happened it, I am scared that my returns will get messed up. I always try to avoid this girl when coming into the store. I needed to get a notary done but seeing that she was the notary, I rather not do it and I almost didn't come back to this store because of her. However, the other workers here are great and because of them, this store deserves four stars! The boy working here was very respectable and cheery when helping me! He immediately greeted me as I came in even though there was a line and asked about my day and I kept thinking this is what great customer service is about! He even offered to recycle my old Amazon boxes and was overall very helpful. The two girls on the weekend were also amazing. It is great to see when workers actually enjoy their jobs and their coworkers because it brings a great light atmosphere to the store and doesn't make it seem so dead. The shorter girl who helped me ship out cookies to my daughter in Texas was so great at explaining how UPS shipping and packaging worked and my package was delivered on time and wasn't broken at all. She even gave me a discount because I had AAA! It is amazing how workers can be when they aren't so rude to their customers! This UPS store also has a great selection of cards that always make me laugh and I enjoy looking at them after doing my returns or shipping something out. Unfortunately, this store doesn't accept USPS or Fedex packages but is still great for UPS ones and also they have an indoor letter box that is much more secure than the mail boxes outside. Beside that one girl, this place is convenient and easy.

Came in to ship out some gifts for my family and the staff here was great, especially the short asian girl (forgot her name, sorry). She was really insightful on what box size box should be used as well as if some gifts needed bubble wrap or not. Shipping was kind of pricey, but was expected for the amount of gifts that I was sending out.

I've given these people several chances. If the location want convenient, of never try again. The staff act like they hate being there and will go out of their way but to make eye contact in case you need help. Prices aren't reasonable and their services offered lean towards "we can't do that here." Head down the street to your local mail shop and experience the difference.

Janelle and staff are always attentive and professional. I frequent this store often - mostly for pre-paid drops - and they are always welcoming and willing to go out of their way to be friendly and offer me extra envelopes for convenience. I can appreciate that working in this environment can be a 'thankless' job. I have personally worked in a UPS store in the past, and understand the many misconceptions among the public regarding what is expected when utilizing the services of a mailbox store. Employees are often subjected to a certain level of abuse - especially regarding the price of packing & shipping, or expectations regarding notarial services. I am highly familiar with it all - and can appreciate the delicate nuance of providing satisfactory services while also maintaining integrity and yielding a profit. The staff at this location is a class act, and should know how appreciated they are.

I went in today to ship a laptop to my brother who lives in Canada. The manager (sorry, didn't catch her name) was very knowledgeable, explained the process very well, and recommended the best way to ship. The employee (also didn't get his name) who initially greeted me was also very helpful.

I have never had less than an exceptional interaction with the people who work here. My neighbor recommended it to me for a work address and I could not be more pleased. Always helpful and always friendly. These are the people we all want to hire for our own companies. Highest of recommendations.
