Dumpster fire. I've been a patient for about 5 or 6 years. I've only had to go a handful of times and thank God for that. In that amount of time I have had 3 different doctors. Not by my choice. Since I don't go that often, I've needed to have a new patient appointment every time. As most of you know, new patients are not priority and I had to wait weeks or even months to see a doctor. Just making an appointment was a task in itself. I would call and get no answer almost never get an answer. No matter the time of day. Overall I've had very poor experience with this office processes. I can say that the only thing this office has going for them is the staff is very nice and friendly. The people at the front desk are great and when I was able to see a doctor they were nice before leaving to go somewhere else. Which is kind of a red flag now that I think about it. I usually don't leave reviews but after my wife was made to feel like she was abusing her medication because of a mistake in the pill count by the doctor. Then refusal to help her rectify the situation leaving her without necessary medication for 8 days, I had to say something.

This place is a special place and his staff have always treated me with respect and helped me through some tough times. I have known Tom since he first came to San Andreas a long time ago. I'm so proud of him and what he has done for us. Thank you guys! Roger

The only medical facilities in Tuolumne County that held integrity to get me the treatment I needed. They were the first who actually got my work comp records and then worked with my MediCal California health and wellness insurance, to get the treatment refused to me in Tuolumne County. By referring me to UCDavis. Then working with my insurance and UCDavis to get me started on a treatment plan. I've received surgeries and a few more, that Adventist health laughed at me and called me a opiate addict for saying the issue existed. And now my opiate Allergy is documented. Even though at one point it was necessary. And UCDavis gives me Benadryl now during and after surgeries now when there's no way around synthetics that also trigger allergic reactions. No boudt I would be dead now without care received here; after 10 years of pleading for help.

Melissa Ronnenburg is a great practitioner. My first appointment was very thorough - labs, annual testing, and referrals to specialists based on my medical history were ordered right away. I trust her medical judgment and the office has been great at getting referrals out quickly. Vaccinations & boosters were also ordered & completed right away. I’m very grateful that Melissa actually takes the time to listen, and to offer different treatment options for whatever I’m seeing her for. She is non judgmental, friendly, and very professional. The staff at Mathiesen are also professional, competent, and friendly. I had one very bad experience at Mathiesen, with a different provider. Clinic management listened & a fair resolution was agreed upon. In spite of this single occurrence, I rate Mathiesen five stars for the treatment I’ve received so far.

Avoid this place, if you need timely access to prescriptions. I was assigned a new provider, named Katrina. She said, "call us if you need refills or new prescriptions." So, after CVS in Sonora tried contacting this clinic to get the refills authorized, my meds remained "on hold" for several days. I tried to contact Mathiesen, both by telephone and by email. They did nothing...no timely callback, no explanation, and...I never did get medicines from Mathiesen. What they finally did was...days later, they sent me an email saying that I threatened them...and decided to stop providing further assistance. Now, I still have no medicine from Mathiesen. I have severe asthma, and I never once received any asthma-related refills or new prescriptions. I had to go to the hospital in Sonora to get medicines that should have been prescribed by this clinic. If you need timely access to life-saving medicine, this clinic is not the one for you.

Gena is the only one who ever told me what you have is treatable an we are going to help you heal. Many doctors treated me with indifrence,but i thank The Good Father Yahuah in the messiah Yahusha..for leading me to the one who loves enough to desire my best interest. Be greatful, Hallaluyah! Meaning ( I will praise Yahuah) In the messiah yahusha aman! He will remember those who gave a drink of water to the least of these..Me. An no one will by any means still away there reward. Aman!
