I was just there and their exemplary customer service just earned them a lifetime customer. I had two pdfs to print out; however, there was a customer already getting a bunch of help at the lone copier. I patiently waited a bit when one of the team-members offered to print mine from the computer while I waited. She printed my two docs and I was off. A. Great customer service helping the other customer at the printer who was having issues. B. Great customer service helping the waiting customer (me) with an alternative printing solution. Great Job Folks!
