The lady at the window was really nice and hospitable but the only thing that I didn't like is that I told him twice that I didn't want cheese on my hamburger and I still got cheese cuz I can't eat cheese on my hamburger in the cheese made the hamburger taste really salty but other than that they have everything was okay thank you

I ordered a steak grilled burrito. It was okay. A little too much saucyness for me but the flavor was good. It wasn't rolled quite right though, all the cheese was at one end so I finally got it at the end.

Typical Carl's. Good food, fast, but dang they are getting really expensive....I really REALLY miss the Carl's at the mall, Kevin made it the best. Good thing is, he is here now, so I can go here and still get that phenomenal Kevin service!!! This location is always amazing though, even when Kevin gets a day off!!! ☺️🤣☺️

Just drove in rn at 12:45 only me an one other person in line. She asked me twice to make sure the order was right.(2 chicken sandwiches) I go up to the window and she had 2 orders wrong. And told me to wait in the front because its timed. I shouldn't have moved its her fault she messed up the order even after she made sure. A mistake can't be fixed if I don't know it happened. So we had to wait double the time for the sandwiches. So much for a drive thru purpose. Never coming here again. Such a mistake for a simple job is annoying thinking.

I love coming to this Carl's Jr. Everytime I come here at midnight hours, I am welcomed by the best customer service. His name is Kevin and his friendliness is awesome. Such a great worker. I recommend coming here if you get off work late or want a late night snack.

I had a Western Bacon cheeseburger once when I was a kid and it was juicy, flavorful and delicious. I've been chasing that burger ever since. I'm never blown away by my burgers here, but they're better than many of the other fast food places in that regard. Between here and Jack in the a box, I generally get something that I know I'm going to feel bad about eating later, but I will deal with it then. For now, I am going to consume my entire recommended caloric intake in 10 minutes or less. I've noticed my burgers are a bit dryer than they used to be. Perhaps the patties are cooked more, perhaps they but less BBQ sauce, perhaps both. I'm still going to eat it, but there's room for improvement.

Went for breakfast biscuits and were told they were out after 4-5 minutes waiting at the drive-thru window. Then told that we could pull forward and wait 10 minutes or so. Which we did. All in all food was good. But they could have communicated with us sooner.
