The service here is completely ridiculous we were on line for the drive-thru for a long time we waited just to see what's going on, so we notice that the worthless were just sitting down having a drink and only one person taking orders and seething at the same time that's unacceptable this place needs to hire people that actually wants to work. But the way at 8 pm the dine in was closed.

Horrible customer service worst place ever. Margaret the manager took my order she said if i can wait 20 minutes for the mac and cheese. 20 minutes after im still waiting so i went to ask what happened to my order they forgot about me fine. I order 4 piece of wings and but they ran out she got the nerve to ask me how about breast chicken. If i want breast chicken that would have been my order i ask for wings so i wait another 15 minutes she also lost my reciept. As soon as i get home and open i didnt see a single wings. She just put any type of chicken to get me out the way. So i came back and told her she gave me the wrong order she put the box looking mad are u serious. And shes the manager. To the owner u need to re-evaluate your employees. What kind of manager is that? manager margaret has no customer service at all with the attitude and didn’t even apologize. What a horrible customer service. Never coming back. Im giving 0 star. Horrible please avoid this place go somewhere else…

I was at this location in the drive through line, i noticed i had been waiting 15min or more, so i parked and went inside to be ignored while standing waiting to order, this one worker with a horrible attitude, storms outside, then returns to the back kitchen without wasking her hands. I asked if someone could take my order, Same Hispanic lady from the back she can leave, I asked her was she speaking to me, and she repeatedly told me to leave, I will never spend any of my heard earn money at this establishment where they have the rudest workers, I know firsthand about customer service and no one in this establishment has any customer service training. Its ridiculous its not the customer fault that they are short staff, im only assuming this could be the issue, but that is no reason to be rude to customers...

Worst place ever!!! Took TWO d a m n hours to get my order, and employees are ghettos af. That they have Serious attitude problem with customers and who knows what they did to my order because the box was super wet… meaning that is was there for a long while. I’m so disgusted at this place.. calling the health department for sure

My favorite popeyes. The bone in chicken is always on point. They dont water down the beans like the compton blvd location. However, the strips are not always fresh and they never have beignets, which is why I deducted a star.

I love the food, the staff are always polite (a rare thing for Popeye's), but they pull some shady shenanigans with their inventory, and it's infuriating. It's been like a month since they've had Cajun Sparkle, and it doesn't look like they're getting any more. And if you get mac and cheese, check your order before you go, because they put like a tablespoon worth in there. Doesn't even fill the bottom of their small containers (see pic). Again, never had a problem with the quality of the food, and all the people who've served the food have been top notch. But management has got to go.

There chicken sandwich is so good and cajun fries along with a side of mash potatoes and mac you also have to try there nuggets the best ever

I've been to this place lots of times since it's the closest to where I live and they always get my order wrong. Once I ordered Mac and cheese with 3 spicy tenders combo and didn't even receive the Mac and cheese. I even got 5 regular chicken tenders instead of 3 spicy. Waste of money. Staff is ok but I wouldn't say they are nice.

My BFF and I were craving chicken so we found this Popeye's on the way to play Magic. Seriously glad we came to this specific Popeye's. The spicy chicken sandwich was amazing, the fries were fresh, and the soda wasn't watered down. I asked for some spicy mayo on the side and they gave me a side of spicy mayo in a container big enough to dip my chicken in. Will absolutely be coming back here on Mondays. Ty for being excellent, having great service, and delicious food. <3
