The banker didn't "have time" to assist me directed me to call the number on the back of my card. I called the the number and they couldn't have been less helpful. They sent me a form letter the very next day without assisting me whatsoever. They are a horrendous company and I'm sorry to have been their faithful customer for over 3 decades. I absolutely had the worst experience and would never recommend anyone to bank with them!!!

I came to Chase right around opening on a Monday. I was greeted by a friendly staff member in the lobby who inquired about my visit and sent me promptly to a teller where I was the second person in line. My entire experience was efficient, and I had a very positive experience!

I have been with chase back for going on 12 years and love there service and professionalism. This Branch does not have this. Talked to a guy that didnt give me his name. Then when he couldn't figure out how to help me with my card declining because the address was wrong he just keep telling me that he couldn't give me any information. I ask him to tell me the process I will have to go through to fix my issue and he told me he cant help me without telling me the right address. I, yes aggressively, informed him that I don't want any information I just want to know how to fix this he told me to calm down. at that point I ask for his name and told him I was going to call the corporate and report him. Then he hung up on me. Called back and talked to someone about what happened and they acted like there wasn't a guy that was working and tried to help. all she did was tell me to call customer support. I understand that its a hard time but this guy was very unprofessional and didn't know how to do his job. I called customer support and they fixed it within 10 min. They also told me that this could of been fixed at a local branch and apologized for any inconvenience. Long story short great bank but this branch sucks.

Chase bank at west pico and San Vicente got the worst customer service/teller ever starting from the manager very rude and they dont care about their customers. Tried to do some transactions and always have problems with them ranging from "we dont have enough money,you have to call in advance" just for cashing a 5k check forget about bigger checks. In fact the latest teller was very uneasy and rude like she isn't happy with her job.

I waited patiently for 40 minutes only for a young lady to come up to me and say that she can't help me and that i'd have to continue to wait. Horrible service even though they had plenty of employees walking around. Like the other reviews say, they do not care about customer satisfaction.

I was in line for around 5 mints (trying to transfer my taxes to my debit card) when Janeth/Yaneth (hopefully I wrote her name right) came up to me and greeted me. Then she asked me what was my visit for, I explained her my situation. She took me to the Chase machines and helped me transfer my taxes to my debit card IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES. (Usually it takes 10 -20 mints when I go to other Chase banks) . Now, I know how to use those machines thanks to her. Thanks for the help Janeth. You provided me with a great and friendly service!!
