This location is the absolute worst. The employees are sitting around while there are several customers waiting to be helped. The self service kiosk is always having technical issues - which forces you to wait on the vapid unprofessional obtuse associates. The only employee that literally does his job is Augustin. Whenever I visit the store, he is always so kind welcoming and courteous. It's worth noting I tried bringing it to an employees' attention how awful their service was (after waiting over an hour just to make a payment) she has the audacity to try and "upsell" and then said, "Then make your payment online". Yuck and extremely gross. They're not even worth 1 star.

I visited this store in Baldwin Hills yesterday to exchange an old router. I had an appointment. Only waited about 5 minutes. Federic was very professional, friendly, and understood the issues that brought me in to the store and quickly exchanged the equipment. No problem parking or finding the location. Entered the mall side door from ground level parking lot and the store was only steps away. Very good experience. The phone representative I spoke with later helped to reinstall the wifi on the router and the modem and get everything working.

I was asked to show proof of ownership in person because the previous seller at my new home still had an active account. I went in and spoke to a lady named Chastity who ended up being very rude and would not even let me finish saying anything I had to say because she continued to cut me off. I have worked in customer service for years and I have to say Do Not go to this location because representatives like her should Never treat a customer the way O was treated especially in the current state society is in. I had better service from the people calling others to assign them a representative then I did with her... Chastity would not even pull up the account to see if there were any notes regarding what I was asked to do by another representative.
