Horrible and useless support which just can ping-pong their customers from one spectrum employee to another - from chat to phone, from phone to store, from store to chat, etc. I'm just amazed at the level of incompetence of the all spectrum support in general and staff (include manager) of this store.

This review is only 4 stars because of Jorge. He was the only employee of three in the store that took the time and had the knowledge to help us through a very traumatic and stressful event. He helped many people just within the time period we were in the store and kept his caring composure the whole time. Huuuuuugggeee thank you to him!

Spectrum is the worst company ever for anything mobile related. Agents in store have no idea what they are doing and disagree with the mobile agents they have to call for help. Unbelievably clueless about activating devices and horrible communication. Don't go to the Spectrum in Burbank- it has taken me 3 weeks just to activate an Iphone due to agent mistakes in store. Would be great if someone could show the entire Spectrum community of agents how to do their jobs. Good luck. Currently on hold for the Mobile Repair Team...so lame to have to do this on a Friday. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

they do not know how to multi task at all while having a customer call tmobile for whatever reason ask out loud any pickups? or drop offs (something quick) opposed to waiting for the previous customer wait on hold for tmobile to pick up...it just lags other waiting customers and we shouldnt have to be punished by waiting based on someone elses process taking forever....other option: get more staff.

had to get my identity verified to lift a fraud block on my address. dude told me he sent them my id and i even asked him do i need a code or something? it felt super off but he said no it's all good he handled it on the computer and i just have to call the fraud department. i called them, waited on hold for an hour just to be told they never received my id, only a note from the store saying "i checked her id" which is unacceptable and i will have to go back in and have it done properly. i will definitely be going to a different location. not sure if he just didn't feel like working or maybe they were getting ready to close and wanted to get rid of me but this was really annoying and inconvenient.

I dropped off my equipment on 6.10.2022 at 7:10pm to a guy. Then a month and a half later get a bill in the mail for $76 saying I didn’t return the equipment. Then I spent 15 minutes with Tim (who was very helpful but said it would be up to two weeks to resolve? on the 1-800 number and they said I turned in my modem but not my router. This is ridiculous.

Short staff not enough people to service those who were there. some people left to go to Glendale store. took over 40 minutes to get thru the line.

Only one employee for the first half of the day, the other comes in towards the later afternoon time frame. None of them wear employe badges that say their name. We came in to return some equipment and the process took about an hour and half just to do returns. terrible customer service, poor team management. Would highly suggest returning somewhere else. the store just seemed soo empty but with tons of customers waiting around to be helped list of people was about 16-18 persons with one employee. go at your own risk. also your experience will vary this was just my experience here at this location..

I waite for a 1.5 hours waiting for my to be activated, unfortunately it didn't happen, idot it was the people at the store, but the activation people, I've got WAIT another 24-72 hs before ,my ne cell is supposed to work
