Hi, everyone. Be careful to sign up the membership with this company.! If you don’t make up 12payments they won’t let you cancel the membership. They are money hunger company! Also if you are late for an appoinment they will count your late time towards your service time. Also super hard to make an appointment with them they also said they booked up but every time when l am in they are super slow. But that is the way they trying to get you . Just go somewhere else is easier No headache. Please be careful when they ask you to sign up a membership, just don’t do it.!

I was supposed to get a full body massage and they gave me this pressure point massage. The lady that I talked to never asked me what I wanted when I told them I wanted a full body massage. I have specific needs due to medical reasons, and they were anything but accommodating.

So thankful for this place. While my husband and I struggle with infertility, my body has went through immense changes. I'm tired, I'm achey, I'm....hormonal. Massage gives me time to just be a few times a month. So far I've had Eric, Amy, and Bethany. All great therapists with different techniques. I would recommend Massage Envy if you are in need of more frequent services. Also, shout out to the front desk. An always welcoming group with a personality to go along with it!

This review is for Eric. Came in today after a year of not having a massage, so much pain in my glutials and upper back/neck. He is not your traditional massage therapist. But trust him... it works! When other therapists cause so much pain to relieve the stress in my glutes, he did a few pin points that immediately relieved all tension. NEVER have I felt that kind of immediate relief. He is amazing. If you need immediate relief from pain, sign up to see him. Thank you Eric!!

I have been diligent paying the $70 a week. They've canceled 4 times in a row and use the same excuse, "such and such had an emergency." The least they could do is offer a service for free. In my business, that's what I would do. But they have an excuse that they all have emergencies, frequently. BS. I'm calling better business burea! Lack of professionalism will land them in small claims court. I don't let anyone steal my hard earned money!

They are Booked too far out to even fit me and my sister in and I have about 30 built up massages I'd like to use and have been a good customer since 2014.

Staff are helpful all the time, i always get relaxed after a massage. Facials are awesome too. Try the Cyme Hydration lotion it is also the best hydrating lotion ive ever had.

I've been a member for a while and have gone to several different massage therapists, all of whom have been awesome! Olga gives an amazing deep, theraputic massage helping to relieve my back, shoulder and neck issues! The staff is wonderful and helpful and the clinic is always soothing, relaxing and clean! I highly recommend Murrieta Massage Envy!
