Was assisted by the manager Alexis here at this location who explained about the iPhone trade-in offers by T-Mobile. She took the time to break down everything so that my partner understood about the credits and the commitment. I appreciated her taking the time to go over this with us without feeling rushed even though it was pretty busy at this time. Had a good experience at this location and with T-Mobile overall.

Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars. Worst customer service ever... The sales associate spent more time looking at her cell phone than explaining to me what she was charging me for. I went in to add a line and connect my apple watch to my existing account and I explained to her I want this watch linked to this phone... I had to tell her more than once what I wanted to do with the watch. As I write this I am only getting more upset so long story short I spent over 45 minutes in the store, she ran my credit again to activate a watch, turns out all that time wasted in the store and the phone and the watch were not properly activated but they were not linked properly either. Spoke to Tmobile and apparently there was no need to run my credit for the watch to be activated, not to mention the hit to my credit score but the watch was not activated, and the watch was not linked to the phone, and the phone was activated by customer service this morning. My bad I should have verified but I was beside myself at the service being provided as a paying customer. I ended up going to Walmart (best customer service ironically) to purchase $500 of Apple products because when I asked the sales associate if they had any in stock, she said she didn't know and that she would have to check the back. Well she never checked but she sure checked her cell phone every other minute. Never had an issue at Cricket...

The person I had was extremely pushy and trying to get me to buy more things or get a more expensive plan. He was extremely rude from beginning to end. My phone was still working and he was ridiculing me for not getting a new phone with him. I have read other reviews about the manager of the store and the pushing and horrible customer service make sense. The customer service here is horrible. I would advice you to go somewhere else. I felt uncomfortable there. I decided to set up my plan here only because I needed my phone working urgently. However, if it wasn't for that, I would have gone somewhere else.

My husband Came in here a few weeks ago to upgrade our phones, we have a small business and we’re planning on upgrading more phones and sync trackers for our trucks, however Manager Olivia was not helpful with waiving out at least one upgrade fee for being loyal customers and giving the company business as well. She didn’t want to help us unless we bought accessories and insurance which we were planning but after her ugly attitude we decided to go somewhere else where the representative that assisted us was helpful and went above and beyond for us, this manager is trash! & so rude! Emotions are bad for business, won’t be coming to this location nor recommending anyone here, I will let them know of the horrible service

We been going to this store for over 2 years now! Today, we had a really bad experience! My husband requested a Spanish speaking person, and the man that came to help him was awful. He seemed bothered by him having to help! Very vague in his answers, very rude and rushed the sale. He is either a manager or a supervisor! Evidently, my husband didn't buy anything! We went to another location instead! We won't be going back there anymore!

Today was the 2nd time I visited this specific T-Mobile store and was assisted by a group of employees efficiently during a late lunch hour. The first employee to approach me upon entrance was not completely sure of what I needed help with or how she would be able to assist. My intention was to add a smartwatch to my plan and remove the other smartwatch that was currently on there, but the watch I wanted to add needed a sim card to work properly. I don't think I explained myself well and was redirected to a different coworker who was ultimately able to assist. The initial interaction with the first employee almost appeared to me as if she had already assumed what she thought I needed or wanted to do and was quick to provide a response. Although she was ultimately wrong, the coworker I ended up completing the transaction with was appreciated as he knew what he was doing and was polite and professional about my need for help. The watch itself is unconventional and looks like a tiny smartphone attached to a wriststrap (or basically the size of an ankle monitor on your wrist lol). After showing the other employees the watch I think it all made more sense versus me trying to explain how the watch needed a nanosim card to function as intended and didn't just need to be paired with my phone. I feel the first employee could have handled the situation better in terms of approach and customer service, but otherwise a good experience.

Irma was very not nice at all, she asked for my phone number about 5 times in about 10 minutes. The team doesn’t work well together, Irma couldn’t sign into her account and she asked her teammate to and he declined in a bad mannered way. We came here to upgrade our phone and in one hour we accomplished nothing, they were all talking to each other for 20 minutes, then asking us questions there are these deals and those deals and would wonder of again, DEFINITELY NOT COMING HERE AGAIN.

Tyler was a huge help. From start to finish helped me with my no phone issue to upgrade to a new phone and be back in business. Was very informative and helpful in setting my new phone up. Great customer service. So make sure when you come to this location you ask for Tyler he is great.
