Sal and JP were amazing!! Excellent customer service. JP was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very well. We had a complicated visit - needed to add phone lines, change addresses, add internet and they both helped with everything. They showed us the most cost efficient way to get everything we needed - and we ended up purchasing another phone while we were there! Our visit took more than 2 hours due to all the issues. They were kind and patient with us. JP and Sal are exemplary team members and should be modeled for their customer service skills. Well done!!

I went to Apple and they refused to help me set up my new phone with them, so I came to att and Erika was able to transfer everything in minutes and helped me put on my new accessories. Customer service was great even helped me set up my new watch and showed me how to use it

Had a hard time adding a line on our account but thanks to jesus banuelos who was very patient and helpful to get me through the system in order to get a new line. I could notice that he’s pretty much new on the job but he did his job and I commend him for that. They do customer service good and exceed with their work ethics. Highly recommend to go this store.
