Smaller store size. Selection not as good as the Melrose location. The store does g etc a lot of foot traffic. Do not be surprised bringing in items to be sold and not being accepted. Seen a lot of bags coming in and going right back out. They are very selective on the gear they purchase. The mark up on items purchased are pricey. Dressing rooms are open. The men's section is very limited for clothing and shoes. Mainly Smaller sizes in men. Display case is small. Parking is tough. Paid Parking lot next door. Paid street parking. Pretty busy in this area.

Found some cool stuff. Decent size collection of clothes. Prices are a bit higher than a Buffalo Exchange I would say but I was still happy with what I found.

Really disappointed with this company. First time here to sell my stuff. I chose to drop off and come back to get my money and donate my rest of stuff if they don’t want to take it. When I come back for my money, they just tell me that they didn’t take any of my stuff and donate all my stuff!!!!! I have some really expansive shoes and even some stuff are even in the package(100% new). I think they didn’t check any of my stuff!!!! Never want to come back. Disgusting place I’ve ever seen!!!! I would really go to donation center instead of here!!!!!!

went to sell stuff with tags still on some clothes they took absolutely nothing out of two bags. They didn’t wanna take new things but was fine with selling some shoes that I saw that were literally crumbling to pieces….okay…The bags came back exactly how i took them it looks like they barley even looked through the bags. Awful would not recommend to come to this place to sell clothes. Sucks not even worth the gasoline spent to get over there.

Recently was told i could sell my Air Jordan’s and was fine with only receiving $35 when they are valued at over $120 per say your store associate. The associate told me he would take the shoes and sell them and when he returned he gave me the shoes, said they were fake, and asked me to leave the store. Why would i bring in fake shoes that won’t even give me more than $50? Was told the tag and laces were unauthentic and fake. Something must be wrong. As i got these shoes from the outlet and the receipt is labeled with the shoe and brand. Drove 1 hour to get here only to be told i brought fake shoes. Someone else can verify them, I’m either sitting with a $3K pair of factory mistake shoes, or i’m sitting with legit shoes and an incompetent shoe tech lookin at them. One star until you fix this, ESPECIALLY, when THE OWNER OF THE ITEM only receives %25 while the store takes %75. Would post pictures of the shoes with the receipt, but i’m gonna wait for an apology first and foremost. Thank you to everyone who took the time to read my review.

Kind of pricey, but I guess that means you get decent money if you sell to them. They add a 3% surcharge to all purchases, but the reason is kind of ridiculous. It would make sense for credit card purchases because of the credit card processing fee. Found a few cute items. They have a mix of vintage and fast fashion. Staff was nice. There’s free garage parking for up to 90 minutes nearby.

2/5 stars and I'm just giving you my honest t rating as far as the experience went, it was awful. Sorry but for the type of business it is, it's in a terrible location. There's about two parking spaces in which to park and quickly unload before your friendly Pasadena Bicycle Parking Enforcement attempts to ticket you. No mention or offer to validate parking either. No restroom even for customers. Only gave it two stars because the checkout process was relatively easy. And on an additional note, my cashier was friendly.

Okay selection of clothes. Barely any plus size women. Very pricey and they only bought 4 of my 30 items even though almost all of it had tags and was in excellent condition. If you're looking to sell, you're better off going to Depop or Grailed.

The employees reminded me of the people in high school you’d get partnered to do a project with, and they’d say nothing and force you to do all the work, but you couldn’t speak up about it because their social standing was way too high. Don’t think I’m the correct demographic for this store.

Crossroads trading co has a large selection of second hand clothes. They will buy your items but they are very picky on the brands. I was seeing people bringing in 5 to 10 items and only getting $50. The staff is friendly and there is 90 minute parking nearby. All in all it is a pleasant experience.
