I have been a customer at SoCal Storage for several years and I have multiple units there, The property and units are spotlessly clean and the staff, headed by Muriel,is the very very best. Their security system is state of the art and they also walk through the halls to ensure that there are no problems on site. Until I can manage the accumulation of things I have amassed over the years, I'll continue to store my belongings here - it's worth the cost until I can Marie Kondo my way into a more possession and clutter free life!

Staff there was super friendly and helpful in all my questions and stressful last minute moving mayhem. It all felt so personal, like they were really hoping I was getting the best experience out of their facility and that when I was with them, all their attention was 100% on me. The nicest thing honestly (I had to move all my belongings very last minute into a storage unit and liked what I had seen online about them), was that they went ahead and reserved both the unit I was asking about as well as their complimentary truck, for ME- even though they said it was all first come first serve, it made me feel very valued and I just really appreciated that little gesture.

I have been a customer at this location for over 2 years. I have had many storage locations over the past 8 years and have never encountered a friendlier, more accommodating staff than the one here at So-Cal Self Storage in Pasadena. It is BY FAR the cleanest property I have ever seen for a storage facility. Muriel, Don and Karina are an awesome team! It's like hanging out with friends whenever I'm there.

The people are very nice and treat you with respect. The best storage facility that I've ever had the pleasure to do business with, period. That other place Public Storage can't hold a candle to this place or any other if they could. SoCal deserves 6+ stars not just a meager 5.

Had an excellent experience storing my belongings here! The staff were helpful and friendly on every visit, the process felt simple and easy to work with, and the unit was perfect for what I needed. Shoutout to Muriel Vladov specifically for being especially kind :) I definitely recommend checking this storage place out, if I ever need to store items again I'll be coming back.

This place is wonderful. The manager, Muriel, is the best... she is so very helpful and pleasure to communicate with, she makes the whole process easy and this is highly appreciated when your moving and running around under a lot of stress. The facility is nice, clean and looks new, prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.
