Every time I stop here for coffee, usually around 6:30am , the stuff tastes like it's been sitting around for 2 days. It's super dark, tastes burnt and old. I need to find a different back up place.

I am a Shell Gold Plus member. I have been using Shell gasoline in my Volkswagons for years!! This is the first time I have ever encountered a Shell gas station with RUDE staff. I have traveled across country several times and Shell was with me every step of the way. Nobody has ever told me paying customers only for the restroom. I have never moticed sign at any Shell refusing the restroom to non customers. It's a gas station not a 5 star Restaurant. This particular employee made me tell him 3 different times that I was going to buy something. Bad bad customer service!! I wont be back gere

Horrible costumer service for the people where that working at 11am on 10/1/19 especially the lady. I was working & for the safety of myself & partner we had to park & block the handicap area, mind you the gas station was empty. She told me how to do my job & that I’m not ever welcomed there & to never go there again, so disrespectful & very unprofessional.

Eleanor was completely clueless about her job. I paid for $30 worth of gas on pump 2 inside at the register. When I was ready to pump, the pump still showed the screen as if I had not paid. I went inside to ask Eleanor what happened, and she said she has no idea. Eleanor then explained that I have to pay AGAIN at the same pump since the first transaction did not go through, even though I had a receipt. I told her I was not going to pay again, and she said to me "well, what do you want to do then?". I asked her if there was another person I can deal with, or a manager to speak to, and she said "Ha, she's asleep now". I ended up having to go to a different pump and paying again just to not deal with Eleanor again. Terrible service, lack of training, very indifferent to customer needs.

This is a decent gas station. It has a pretty good convenience store but overall the place looks run down and is outdated. The location is convenient, but other than that nothing too exciting to tell about. Their car wash absolutly sucks....super hard and rough on car.... and it doesn't even dry your car. It's a waste of time and money

I like going to this Shell location, although it was traffic, I usually don’t need to wait much to get gas. It was the first gas station that i took my car, so i felt like writing a review for it. The air section is easy to you.

I got there this morning 7/5/2018, store is very organized and received the best customer service from cashier number 7. She has people skills. The entire staff were really friendly. Never get this normally from gas stations. Good job shell!

I walked into this store 3 times in just a 5 minute span wanting gas the 1rst time then a pack of cigs the 2nd then to buy sum M&M's and to trade my pack of cigs for a different kind. The CSR there at the time (CSH: 7 - Sandy) was so patient and very VERY polite. U don't normally get a calm polite CSR these days. I'm glad I stopped by. Thanx Sandy. Keep doing wut ur doing girl.

Good shell station, it doesn't have the most convenient layout for getting in and getting out, but it's a clean station, fair pricing on gas and nothing else too remarkable about it.
