Haven't been to Supercuts before but zi heard good things and I have a special occasion this weekend so I thought I would stop by and try it out. I made an appointment with Tiffani, but walk ins are good too so I really didn't have to stress about my appointment time-love that. I did show up a bit early so I waited a bit, but my haircut only took about 15 minutes and I was out within the hour for a new hair style and some styling tips. Thanks Tiffani! Some of the employees are more interested in pacifying customers with bloated compliments and politeness, to distract from the inexperience provided. I watched a girl start shredding this woman's long hair (tangled) from root to ends. I said something. I was offended and no were interested and having her take to my head next with her inability to properly brush hair. I didn't recognize her haste at first when and annoyed dismissal as I tried to explain my own consultation to her for the cut I wanted. I wanted simply my ends cut above my shoulders and she was convinced she would only attempt to cut my hair above my ears. She told me she couldn't do a simple one straight cut off of my shoulders. So.. I paid for the deep condition treatment service, which because she didn't offer to show me what product she used; I cant even guarantee thats what I recieved and left. She insulted my complaint asking for my "autograph" on my receipt of purchase. Insinuating that I apparently was undervalue for speaking up. One employee seemed quite and focused while the 3rd, ignoring everything she heard. This establishment has been the same unrefurbished experience.

Paige did my hair and she did an amazing job. My hair actually looks really good for the first time in almost two years. I've been going to Supercuts for over 20 years and have had many different people cut my hair but Paige just has that secret touch, a gift to cut peoples hair the right way it's really awesome, it's nice. Though, no matter who does your hair they're all trained with the Supercut technique so that everyone who works at Supercuts has been trained to do. So you can feel confident whether your favorite stylist is in or not you're going to get a great cut and style. This specific Supercuts on Magnolia near Tyler next to the McDonald's has really nice employees and a great atmosphere. If you really want to get a great cut and style you probably couldn't do any better then this specific Supercuts. Like I said, Paige did my hair and it looks really good and I'm extremely happy and look forward to continuing to get my haircut at such a professional, friendly and fair salon. You know when you go to this Supercuts you get what you pay for and it's really worth it. I highly recommend this Supercuts and if she's in when you show up ask for Paige she has a natural gift at cutting hair. There is nothing like getting your hair done and knowing it's been done not just the right way but the best way. The cost is fair, $25 for a cut and $30 for a wash and cut. Ad 5 to 7 dollars for a tip and you will walk out the door with your head high. If I remember correctly people with long hair is a little more expensive but it's well worth the the price. Also a good cut is about 10 to 15 min. and a wash and cut is about 15 to 20 min. Enjoy.....I know I did.

I have had good cuts here before. Yet I work a lot of hours and showed up at 5:20 when they close at 6pm. They had 2 ladies waiting with no one in a chair. I was told they were all booked up. I asked if I could make an appointment for the next day since I didn't want the same thing to happen. Yet she told me no, to be there before 5:30 to get booked. Which made me laugh since that was exactly what I just did. I guess I will have to find another place that will be willing to work. Service: Haircut

the people working are nice i asked for a hair cut and i showed an example but it came out nothing like the picture i showed her. i asked for thinned out and like layers with the style of a wolf cut and i am not happy with what i got. maybe my hair is not built for this type of hair style but it’s nothing like the picture i have even tried styling it and it looks worse than how i had my hair before. i’ve gotten my hair thinned out before and with layers and i noticed the lady didn’t even use the thinning out scissors. i love this place but this haircut makes me cry i’m so sorry maybe my hair is too wavy but even with straightening it it doesn’t look like the photos. i’m sorry but the ladies working are nice.

Went and got my hair cut by Paige. My hair started off in the middle of my back and now it's shoulder-length and I LOVE IT!! I told her I wanted a drastic change, to get it at shoulder length, and then it was up to her how she wanted to do it after that and I am SO HAPPY with the result! My hair looks so healthy, has so much volume, and I'm getting compliments on it like crazy! Go to Paige she is the best!

Everybody at Supercuts is super friendly and care about the style that you're looking for and if they think it wouldn't work with your face shape baby give you other. I love the fact that they shave their clients haircuts styles on file so they get the same look every time they go in so thank you❤️💜❤️
