They turned me away cause I had more than 2 kitchen bags. I had 2 extra small things besides the kitchen bags. They wouldn’t allow me to put my other two items in the kitchen bags to take as they said two bags per car. This is not the first time a goodwill has turned away donations on me. I was recently told they are not allowed to turn you away. This lady was sitting at her desk doing nothing. Horrible especially in the times we are in when family could use items.

The young woman working today on Mothers Day was over the top rude to me. Who is rude to someone who is donating? I don't get that. I was concerned that by placing glass vases on top of a picture frame, the weight would break the picture glass. She didn't care and questioned me that if I was concerned about the breakage, it shouldn't be accepted.

Closed. Came here at 2pm on Tuesday and says their operating hours are 8AM-8PM. Doesn’t seem like anyone is operating the facility. It looks unorganized from the outside. Open Packages are on the ground

When to the destination center for the first time and it was closed at 6 o’clock in the afternoon the sign says it’s open till eight but they closed really early call nobody answered and sit outside for like 10 minutes nobody was around so they need to change the hours if they’re leaving early or I don’t know.

Convenient place to drop-off donated goods. Friendly, courteous staff.

Open early and closing late, this wonderfully convenient location is my go-to for my seasonal donations of household items and clothing.

A Goodwill attendant rush outside as soon as I drove up and told me they were not accepting donation. She didn't care what the item(s) were (canned food), they just didn't want to deal with it. It was frustrating because I had just been to another Goodwill on Riverside Blvd, but they were closed. I won't waste my time with Goodwill in the future.

Convenient place to drop off your items. Not a store for purchasing. There is usually a staff member there to receive your items and give you a receipt, although they rely on you to fill out your own receipt items.
