This 7 11 is always busy. The parking lot is not the easiest to get into and out of. Park next to 7 11 on Euclid Avenue right next to 7 11. The staff is mostly friendly, but there are a few unpleasant employees and sometimes not knowledgeable about Brands and items they do and don't carry. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being Great, I would give this 7 11 a grade of 5.

Bad customer service in very rude people the guy with the long hair and there he has a beard and sold a Swisher sweet to my little cousin and he's only 15 years old he looks older but he still do it he didn't even ID him to my little cousin so yeah very un professional

Owner was very rude and customer service??? Couldn't understand anyone in there. Not a happy place like it was with owner before this.....☹ no wonder they're only busy in early morning with coffee and then they only have one clerk.... terrible!

Nice 711 to quickly grab what you need and get out. Limited parking here so you are warned.

It's a very sketchy location. I suggest going there if you have no other options. Every single time I visit that store, there's always a unibomber type looking guy in or coming into the store. It's always a different guy though. I'm always waiting for someone to snap.
